Allows me quicker wifi response time and access to what was formerly a "black hole" in my house. The IT guy that did the install told me after seeing it work that he was going to put this product on his Christmas list.

I purchased the netgear to increase my wifi strength. It works amazing the only thing i recommend is to not have so many things connect it helps the strength of the signal

My old LinkSys wireless router stopped working. I replaced it with this new Netgear NightHawk X6 wireless router. The setup was easy and now I can get wireless signal everywhere in the house.

It took a little longer than I thought. Mostly user error. I do not like the circle on the router because I clicked on it and it blew out my current circle settings. I got it all fixed, but it was not super intuitive.

Purchased this product as one of a handful of similar products that would work for our home internet set up. It's a bit of work to get set up, and had difficulties with our printer working with it, but all seems to be running ok now.

Great router. Consistent wifi around the house regardless of devices connected. Extends to every room and the patio in a 4 bedroom 1 level home.

This wifi router was pretty easy to set up. Network speeds were kinda slow and the router itself was so huge that I returned it. Must have some kind of cabinet to house it in.

So far ...so good THIS TIME! I purchased this same make/model approximately 1 year ago. Hopefully this one last longer than the last one! Also, once you pass 90 days ...netgear support leaves a lot to be desired! Buyer beware.

I think this has been the best router I’ve purchased so far. And I’ve purchased a lot of routers. Also comes with optional protection to protect your devices from viruses

We were unable to use wi-fi for our laptop, IPads or IPhones in most of our home because of thick plaster walls and house layout. Now we can even initiate wi-fi printing in the room farthest away from the router.

This router runs our home network wired and wireless. It has four gigabit ports. The WiFi reaches through several walls and floors in a large house. Good router deal on sale.

It works. But the console that you use to manage this thing is a total mess. Compared the ASUS console used to manage their products, the Netgear console looks like a class of 5th graders put it together. If I can get the ASUS running again (not happy with them as the hardware won't allow a firmware reset), I'll go back to it and return this thing. Maybe they should consider using the ASUS console with the Netgear hardware?!

We have terrible internet reception in the house and our ATT tech recommended this router. We fstill need an extender upstairs but the reception throughout the house is dramatically improved. Highly recommend!

Maybe it's my internet service from X-Finity but it seems like it could be better / faster. I thought this router was supposed to fix the poor cheap routers that X-Finity provides and I'm not sure yet.

Needed material for a back yard project. Too big for my car. Found what I needed on line, and it will be delivered on the next day. Can't beat that. Great prices too!

Needed replacement for an old donated router. Purchased on recommendation of our IT. No problem with configuring it and installation at our offices. No issues so far but its been less than a month.

This router works much better in my home than the one that was provided by Spectrum. I get better WiFi coverage and I really like the Nighthawk app that comes with it.

I upgraded my modem and that helped. Then I decided to upgrade the router......AMAZING sums it up. I have several things that require Internet activity and this router made it all come together like I needed.

It's supposed to extend the wireless network in our home. It helped for a few weeks but lately we're having trouble again. We haven't had time to look into what's happened so we're only partially satisfied at this point.

We have a long, wide house and had difficulty getting a good wireless signal throughout. So far this has been great. For us, it was easier to replace the router than to set up an entire wireless meshing system.
