Love the option to control kids devices. But don’t like I that everything requires an extra subscription to do extra stuff on the app!

After buying a few other options and something not working I hadn't had a netgear router ever looked in to them so the choice was obvious!

So far so good. No drops and 13 connected devices in a 2 story 2100 sqft apt running smooth. Highly recommended!

I would actually say the product is without saying, awesome, the staff was very helpful. Would have considered the same device, but BEST BUY has the best staff!

This was a purchase to replace a router that had stopped working. So far, it works extremely well, we have not had any problems with this product.

We have 5 people with multiple devises in our house. This reaches every corner of our 3200 sq ft house. No more complaining about wifi since we got this!

Supposed to umbrella our whole house with internet capability - there are still spots in our home that we lose it. Probably just our house. But, couldn't give it 5 stars because of that.

Lots of features to identify what's connected to your WiFi and bands. Gives you a speed tester for all your rooms. Like it slot.

The geek squad diagnosed our problem correctly as a not enough and outdated router. This one was recommended. We bought it and hired geek squad to install.

Three bands provide the capacity I need for my college student to run his engineering programs while I am able to download movies w/o any delay.

Streaming integrity is noticeably improved over the Netgear WR2000 that I was using previously. I was hoping for improved range, but that seems to be the same.

I'm not 100% sold on this router. For the price, I expected a much better product. It's good, just not great!

We had to return ours because it wasn't pulling the right amount. We do believe the problem was from the way the internet company wired our home.

Spend the extra and get a product that does what it is suppose to do. Netgear Nighthawk has the good reputation. Best Buy offers good quality products. Thanks!

Solid and powerful router. I still use it, but I am currently upgrading to a mesh network that can handle more devices.

Probably the easiest install just download the app and it will do all software updates if needed As for gaming speed absolutely no lag at all

The set up process was somewhat diffcult, but once I reached a very good customer service rep everything fell in place.
