I had purchased the previous version Nighthawk, but after a year and a half it died. I tried to call customer service and they will NOT speak to you about your product after that year is up. I was flatly told to go to message boards and figure it out. As upset as I was, I also have the Netgear extender already set up and use Netgear WiFi adapters. So I reluctantly purchased this item even though Netgear made me pretty angry. If I hadn't already had the other items I'd have probably purchased ANY other brand just on principle. I just felt like I didn't want to mix brands and end up with compatibility issues or more complex problems with customer service, since everyone likes to blame other components you might own. Example: When dealing with tech support Netgear likes to blame it on your ISP modem, and when you call comcast, they like to blame it on your router. Add a few more companies in there and you're really never getting to the bottom of anything when problems arise. Bottom line, Netgear sucks, but I bought this product anyway. I guess they win, but I'm not saying anything nice about them.

Great download and upload speed. Microwave no longer interferes with router frequency.

The only issue was with initial set up, had to go thru tech support and has worked fine since.

Best thing to come about in my house! The WiFi now reaches the whole house because of it

Thought it would be better but it just keeps up with our TV streaming and 2 laptops, with or without qos setup.

I love this product it gives me good reception around the house

Works good for multi devices but still had to get a range extender for my house and the reason for buying it was not have to use one

Set uptook much longer than advertised. Had to spend lots of time with customer service, but they were very helpful

Disappointed with the range, I have to buy a booster which is what this one was supposed to handle to begin with.

I can block all inappropriate sites and pictures. At least I can monitor and protect my kids from inappropriate contents

This router is amazing. Like the app that helps with parental controls, guest access, and monitoring devices.

We were having issues with our wifi connection and this has solved the problem. Very good product!

This is one of the best routers I have ever on the app that goes with it is awesome

This Nighthawk router allows us to have faster wifi connections; especially with our block constructed house.
