Client login issues

They would state incorrect password even though the login credentials were correct. A few Google searches show this is a known issue that netgear hasn't addressed. Replaced with a ubiquity router and ap and I haven't had a single issue since.

Continued to drop the signal and stall devices. Had to replace it after 16 months. All devices work great with new router. Believe the critical reviews for this product.

Junk Don't But It

Nothing but trouble since i got it and the signal strength is garbage. My old one that was 7-8 years old was better. Wish i would not have wasted my money.

Great Router.

My Internet provider in my area is 50 Mbps provided. As soon as I installed this Router mine went up to 47 Mbps. Huge increase. And I have about 9-10 devices on this and Works Great. 3 IPhone 6 One mini iPad. Laptop. Ps4 and Xbox 360. Smart tv. Ok maybe 8 devices. But for my gamers out there. Was having bad lag problems before I got this router and now I'm having Lag carefree playing. Works really well definetly recommend this Router. Very happy I got this.

Not connecting

Still trying to figure out what & why it not connecting ..Took it back & was given another one but it is not connecting yet ehh !!

Horrible piece of Junk

Worked on setting this up with my Netgear 7800 because my devices keeps disconnecting from my WiFi network. After working on this for two days with phone support for Netgear I couldnt not set this router up. I spent 8 hours between two days with no resolve.

Router randomly Reboots and Support Unresponsive

Multiple calls to Netgear support have not gotten anywhere, despite the promise of replacing the device. I would look elsewhere for a device if you want a reliable device.

Terrible

I had gigabit speed compatible with this router and after changing the settings and even getting into the admin setting i still could only get a max of 200 mbps. Very disappointed in this product and it’s customer service

Died

Does not recognize itself as Netgear equipment so the built in software does not help. The Genie software can't see it, directly connecting does not work. Second Net gear router to fail. Back to Belkin.

WIFI is worse than my old Netgear C6300 AC1750

I thought I had too much traffic on my older Netgear C6300 AC1750 so I "UPGRADED?" to this and its been quite a joke on me. Totally regret buying it. Now I cant return it.

Also poor wifi connection just 20 feet away. I went with an Orbi mesh router and would highly recommend the Orbi.

Couldn't be happier

The old router was very slow and would loss connection all the time. After speaking with a sales associate at the store is decided on this router and couldn't be happier. It was extremely easy to set up and connect all my devices to. The tri band is a great feature as it allows different devices to be on different bands for better performance. There is a lot of features that make this a great router along with the faster speed. All my devices are so much faster now. I would definitely recommend this router even at the higher price, it's definitely worth it.

Not sure of product

Serial number showed it belonged to a lesser item (2700 series) . I called and emailed Nergear multiple times. It appears the outside may be a 3200 series but the inside (guts) may be from a lesser model. Still not resolved. Extremely disappointed

Only works with default settings

I dropped internet and had to reboot multiple times per day. There is a lot of info on this online. I reset to default settings and it seems to be stabilized. I am a network engineer though and can't begin to imaging a regular user dealing with the issues.
