Hard to Install
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The installation instruction were minimal and customer support phone number was on the black box (hard to read)and not on inside box instruction (had to search web for phone).....they were not capable of helping me, wanted to sell me security protection. Huge waste of time!!! Next day purchased a Linksys instead - easy to install.

Netgear Router - Promise & Trust broken

Total and complete junk

Well, this thing has worse range than my 10 year router! Standing directly in front of the Nighthawk my devices can't connect as they are out of range.

Wifi cuts out every few seconds.

I Google the problem and apparently lots of people have this exact problem. I will be returning this ASAP.

Dont waste your money

Calls to customer service want 90 bucks to troubleshoot. After a factory replacement problem is the same. Too much trouble for something so expensive.

failed after 1 year

After calling them they wanted me to spent 150.00 on buying a warranty for this product so they would fix it. Will never but this company again.

Disappointed!!!

Something happened with the power as the plug works, the chord works, but the unit doesn’t. If I were a tech guy, I’m sure it’s an easy fix...which means it’s probably a problem that should have never happened.

Not worth it

speedtest stays at 500mps when having gig speeds

Speedtest shows 500mps or lower everytime. Best Buy will not help you and Netgear will charge with no resolution.

Short usage life for $250 price tag

Poor choice
