Not easily connected to Xfinty

Pure Trash!

The antennas are flimsy! I ended up connecting a second older wifi router to get wifi in another room in the same apartment. I use the verizon Gigabit internet (Apparently the fastest provided by Verizon). I still get pretty crappy service. Setup was not as easy as they made it seem. Just not a good product. I would not recommend this to my worst enemy!

Total Disappointment

If you use access control or address reservation that doesn't help. The modem never loses connection to the service from the ISP, it's definitely the router. Netgear hasn't been able to help. Now it's too late for a return....I'm stuck!

2.4ghz broken

So I started using my old router again. A few months go by and they still haven't responded to me. They have updated the firmware so I reinstalled it, same issue no for round 4 of trying to contact them.

Overall Poor Experience

Web-based admin/configuration was extremely slow, sometimes taking 30 seconds to a minute to open pages. Web-based admin/configuration was also generally very clunky and poorly designed/laid-out. Wifi connections did not seem especially reliable. Returned and replaced with an ASUS router.

Awfull single.

Don't buy this product !!!!!

I've contacted NetGear several times, by phone, on my computer and through their APP. The wait time takes forever. The phone connection is terrible. Don't buy this product unless you're a tech specialist or love wasting your time. I've been waiting 45 minutes on the phone this time and still no answer.

STAY AWAY!! Looks Cool, but nope

I will say that the app is pretty nice, but for the past week or so I have had to reboot the router DAILY. I DID NOT pay this price for a product that performs this poorly. Do not make the same mistake I made, stay away from this product.

Drops WiFi Frequently

I’m in a 1400sqft home distant from any neighbors and constantly (every day) have WiFi drops. It’s not the modem, nor the internet supplied. I have manual setups and have gone through many channel changes. Still, 3 weeks after, still have drops. Will be returning.
