This thing is awesome so fast and easy to hook up .

If I could return this item I would only because of faulty firmware. This device when working has great signal strength. This device has to be rebooted almost everyday. Hopefully there is a firmware fix soon. If you are looking for reliable performance this is not the router.

This router is awesome with awesome speeds. I upgraded because I was tired of not getting the speed I was paying for through Comcast renting theirs. Now I get the best speed and save on the monthly rental. The only thing I say is be careful with the antennas. They seem like they'd break easily if this were to get knocked. Otherwise, I recommend this product.

This WiFi router is very fast when it works, but you do have to reset every 2-3 days. The signal gets stuck, so I just unplug for 10 seconds and that fixes it. For what I've read, most high end router do that, don't know why...

I would recommend this to everyone. This is super fast and easy to set up. It wasn’t pricey.

This was an excellent purchase. It was easy to configure and is much faster than my previous device.

I upgraded to this from a Linksys AC1200 router, which could barely spread a wifi signal from one room to the next. Granted 5 years ago it was perfect, but with today's high powered and smart home tech, a better solution is needed. Since the switch, I have yet to have a single issue with this router. It may be pricey, but the peace of mind in not having to worry about my internet connection anymore is well worth it.

Bought this for my fios internet. My internet installer helped me set this up and it was fairly simple. Once I downloaded their app, set up was simple aside from having a hard time scanning the tiny code on the center of the router, which scans what router it is. Installer guy took a pic and I scanned it off his phone, so I’d advise you do that and enlarge your image for easy scanning. I live in a 2400 sq foot 2 story home. Router is downstairs on one side of the house. Got 2 bars upstairs on the opposite side of the house so this just wasn’t quite strong enough for my gamer. But we do have 7 ppl connected daily and actually 24/7 because the tv runs all night and we stream channels. But there is no glitching when streaming or surfing like my crappy suddenlink internet. Tv streaming is smooth and high quality. After a week I added the nighthawk x6s AC 3000 extender and that was a game changer for upstairs. 5 bars in all corners of my home and in my yard. If you’re able to set this in the center of your house and live in a single level home, you probably wouldn’t need an extender. But I will say I do love this and the mesh extender. I’m getting over 800 upload and over 700 download speeds from my router and I pay for 1000. I can’t say anything bad so far. A bit pricey but hoping it’s worth it and last a good while.

This thing is awesome. Super fast. I'm able to designate one channel for uninterruptions and not slowing down. Have approximately 18-20 devices pulling wifi at any given time and still no problem streaming or gaming multiple devices. Has parental control too. It's able to handle everything the cable company has coming through the line and some. Seems to be well built and holding up. Time will tell.

This router worked fine for almost 2 years. Occasional wifi signal drops, that were brief but somewhat a pain. at almost 2 years the settings would default to factory settings out of the blue disconnecting all 25+ devices. It also deleted the password, leaving network open. It also would no longer perform updates to the firmware. lot of money for somehting that didn't even last 2 years. I didn't buy the purchase protection plan, so changing to ASUS router , which is already much faster and better.

This device is easy to set up and definitely made a huge difference with the speeds.

I have been very happy with this router. The performance is fantastic and it was easy to setup.

I purchased this router since my old nighthawk kept sporadically dropping connection. Since setup, this has not dropped connection once. The app makes the day-day management of the network simple, with more detailed options available online. Both primary and guest network speeds are excellent with the ability to stream on multiple devices. Very please with this product so far!

Easy to set up, when it works it’s really good. However it does require a hard reboot occasionally to get it to work. Or sometimes a resystem setup on the router. For the money it is too flukey. If it keeps up I’ll buy something else. I don’t need the aggravation.
