GREAT ROUTER

Great upgrade from R8000

Bought a R8000P for my parents to upgrade their router and they used it for awhile without issues. This purchase was a replacement of my R8000 Router. The R8000 just recently kept loosing my 5 GHz frequency a lot and I couldn't figure out why. I was going to upgrade to the the new AX (WiFi 6) routers but I didn't have a need for those yet and they didn't give me the "WOW" factor for me to want the AX at this time.

Fastest wifi I’ve ever owned

Great Range, plenty of options

This router and cable modem (Arris 8200), provides us adequate room to grow! Pros: Using speedtest.net, we've seen no loss in Bandwidth in or around our (2500 SqFt) home. Spouse and children (22 & 24) use the 2.4GHz and 5GHz-1 networks. I reserve the 5GHz-2 network for myself, (and my office work from home). The "Navigator" phone app is nice, for monitoring network use. We have had no issues. Cons: We've used now 2 to 3 weeks. None found.

Amazing Router
