I had to have tech support help me when my printer was not working properly and the had to change a default setting in the admin console......they should notify customers of this issue with some informational tag or something. I wasted several hours trying to figure things out and re-installing the printer software. Tech support was great and had things running in no time!!

Had to reset it 3 times already and connection isn’t as great as advertised. My ps4 would download games lightening fast in the beginning now it takes about 2-3 hours to do it

Very good router, but one flaw

So far so good. No device disconnects. The only flaw I found is that the wifi settings get lost after a power outage of more than 20 minutes. Netgear still has not resolved this issue, so I purchased a UPS for both the router and cable modem as a workaround.
