Should have bought his sooner

I am not able to get the internet speed I'm paying throughout the house, in the basement, and on the screened in back porch. Installing it was very easy using the app. You can use the app to change settings and check your speed. I should have purchased the router years ago!

Always broken

Over an hour later finally got ahold of them and they tell me to do what I have already done a few times now. Great when it works, but with the inability to update to the new firmware my router has had super spotty internet drops. As a gamer I don’t think I could recommend this at all. Looked it up and apparently A LOT of people are having this issue where they still are waiting about a month plus on resolution. About to be done with Netgear after this until they get it together.

Thanks to the BestBuy people in this area for helping me to pick the right router for our computers and all our Nest products.
