Purchased to replace Google Wifi routers. 4500sqft, 3 floor house. Plenty of coverage and speed for our 1gb Google Fiber.

It's sharp & sleek, kind of space age. It does the job & i have wifi throughout my house!

So far, the Nighthawk X6S has performed very well. I like that you can turn off the wireless part easily.

Loved it! Have have any issue with the internet. Would recommend this to anyone.

I purchased this router and it basically never worked correctly.I spent $300.00. Turns out that if you google this item it has tons of complaints about dropping connectivity. Im honestly so disappointed because after dealing worth my internet company , modem and router manufacturer that return policy has expired and now I'm stuck with a $300.00 paper weight . Im not sure about the other routers they ,are but this one is for sure garbage.

I could not complain about this router the only thing was static noise

I like this product, with netgear in the past it could be a hit or miss.

I was told that this device “a beast” and would be “overkill” for my size home. I still had areas that did not get full signal and had to deal with too much buffering while streaming TV shows. I ended up returning it and exchanging for the Nethear Orbi. I suspect it may have been a defective device but I am pleased with the switch.

This router is fantastic. Needed a new router when Tachus came to our neighborhood and it has been fabulous!

Perfect app interface. Love the abilty to shut individual devices off.

I replaced an Apple AirPort Extreme. The netgear is clearly a better router. Very happy with the purchase.

This is a great product by NETGEAR ... easy set-up instructions and has improved Wi-Fi coverage throughout the house.

Ill start with the fact after about 4 days I had to reset the router manually and every day after that. In the app rest doesn't work. speeds were not maintained evenly maximized to all connected (ethernet ports). my computer was hard wired to the router and was only topping out at 170-190 Mbps, with service of 400Mbps. When I used the nighthawk app., its speed test said I was hitting in the 400mbps, but when I went to a speed test site off app I was only hitting 120-170's Mbps. on any of the devices I have in my home and computer which was wired to the router. Really Misleading, I would say. During all test I isolated each individual device (Turning off all other devices connected) to see if it would allow just one connected device to hit maximum download speed, no luck. The Nighthawk X6S was a big dissapointment, I had a lot less buffring on the cable companies router that was provided.

Works but randomly resets sometimes even in latest firmware. Sometimes it resets the WiFi name and password to default for no reason. Ended up replacing it recently and am happy I did. I wish I lasted longer between issues.

We have great service with this we have 4phones three xboxes and a few iPads and we have no problems

It awesome comes with keyboard and mouse with a reasonable price especially with a Gtx 1080 and ssd and think a Sata plus fully upgradable

Great features yet easy to get up and running. Doesnt have the security flaws of other mid/high end routers.
