Don’t buy Netgear. Poor performance, worse support

This is a known hardware issue. Rude tech support that hung up. Called back said nothing and hung up again. Other concerns are poor performance for cost. Could not handle wi-fi connection on a mere 12 devices. Poor connection quality in room 20 feet away. Don’t waste you money. Don’t buy Netgear.

Fast, steady, handles a bunch of devices

When it works, it works great...but...
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.When it works, it works great...but, you’ll need to restart / reboot it (turn it off then back on again) every day or two, as it will just stop receiving internet until you do so. Never had this happen with any other router in the past. Looking online, this is a known problem with the router. This is unacceptable and will be going back as a return unfortunately. Netgear needs to get its act together, probably going back to linksys.
