This router does everything it says and more. I so glad I bought it. No more lag and freezing. I can basically run as many electronics as I want with no problems

this wifi router replaced a 3 year old NetGear router and provided a very easy set and configuration along with excellent range for the three frequency ranges.

Always very strong signal, all the the home and i have 2,300 hundred sg ft to cover upstairs and down stairs no issues.

This was recommended by the sales guy at the local store, and I was a little skeptical because of the price. Overall I'm really impressed about the range. For example my son has a great signal on his iPod 3 doors down the street while he waits for the school bus. I pay for 50 mbps Internet, and the router I replaced would be doing good to read 40 on a wifi speed test. I tested 3 times after hooking up this monster, and the readings ranged from 62 to 67. Would recommend to anyone.

Owned this router for roughly three years. works great, and use it to rely on streaming services, gaming, and livestreaming as well.

I love the bonding supported by this router. Makes my NAS connected to our network at 2Gbps. Have not found need to reboot router yet. Very stable and fast!

Our router was 3 years old and we were having several issues. A sales person a Best Buy suggested to us that we may want to upgrade since technology had changed so much over the last 3 years. Wow, what a difference this router makes. Our connectivity reaches all over the house and the deck as well where before it did not. To upgrade our wifi smoker we had to bring it in the house to be closer to the router. What a pain!! It's a great router with all the latest technology.

Excellent product you cannot go wrong little bit on the expensive side but definitely worth it. If you're looking for excellent router that would be the one.

As soon as I installed it, I felt the difference. Speed went up and almost no interruption. Also beautiful design.

I purchased the Nighthawk X8 Ac5300 Tri-band Quad Stream Wi-fi Router yesterday. It was easy to set up and worked well for about an hour then it gave me a message that the Ethernet cable was not connected. after over an hour plugging and unplugging and checking the diagnostics I finally gave up. I'm certain that Best Buy will take it back. Since I have Time Warner I'll try a faster cable modem and slightly slower wireless since I already have a Netgear AC 1900 extender.

fantastic coverage on multi level house, had purchased another brand before this that would not cover multi levels, would highly recommend this product

This router only does about 50% of what I run when hardwired, but I difference is expected. The router doesnt completely go out like my old one though.

Have been impressed with this router since setting it up. Have only had to restart it a couple times and it has great range and an overall speedy network.

This is the best router around and very little flaws, expensive but I cannot go back to any other inferior tech.

Went to the store buy a moderate router but ended up leaving with the greatest. The power and range are beyond excellent and the features just amazing

No issues, everything is working as it should. We just got off of dsl and onto fiber-optic and this makes everything in the house work much faster.

I got this router two weeks ago. So far it been working pretty good. No issues. I will give it a little more time. If it stays that way I'll keep it.

Bought this based on the idea that I didn't want to buy another one in another year and go through the hassle of changing the passwords on all my connected devices, Sonos, etc. Geek Squad installed it and if failed after three weeks. Completely crapped out. Best Buy replaced it with another and Geek Squad. Are back free of charge to reinstall. Works great now. I give it the three stars because the first one was flawed. No problems since. And it looks evil.

This router puts out some amazing speed. At one point I was getting download speeds of 9,000 K/s. Definitely didn't hit that with my previous Nighthawk.

My old router kept turning off and I would have to unplug and reset it almost every other day. This router is working great since I bought it.
