Pleased with purchase

It also wasn't quite as easy to set up as it first appeared. I'm decent with computers and I'm still not sure if it's set up correctly. I'll spend some more time with it to see if I have something wrong. After that I'll seek the assistance of a professional.

Well, it works..mostly. Not what I paid for

Then the 1st of the two 5GHz bands just disappeared.. I rebooted the router and it came back... for awhile. Then it was gone again. I finally get some time to contact Netgear support about it only to find out that my free support for the product ended only 8 hours earlier.. yes, I was 8 hours into the 91st day of my ownership. Now it cost 50$ to talk to support. I wasn't ready to dump that.. so I worked on it myself. Come to find out that others have had this problem on their Community board. The solution was to return the product. Great. It cost me $50 to talk to support to get an RMA, then shipping at my own expense... Oh, and then what do I do in the meantime. Never mind.. I'm living with what is otherwise a good 2 band router now. Will eventually find my way to another router to replace it when I feel up to spending the money.. it won't be a Netgear

Started out great...then problem after problem

But we just moved into a 2,500 sq ft home, and it just can't keep up. The signal disappears, or if you're connected to it, internet won't be pushed through it.
