Great but not perfect

This mesh router only broadcasts one signal with all bands in one. So i ended up using an old wifi extender for the older bands. It also doesnt cover much of my house like it should. I ended up buying more satellites for a medium sized house with multiple floors.

I have wanted to like these but can't
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I think I saw these on the shelf the first day Best Buy had them on sale and was really looking forward to seeing how fast my 1G service from Xfinity could be put to use. I also purchased the new Dell XPS 15" 9500 laptop which was another reason to buy wifi6 equipment. They are unimpressive, to say the least. Are they fast? Sure if you are within 10-15 feet of the router. The satellite is a joke even when placed less than 25 feet away in your standard wood-framed home. I have the Plume SuperPods which work much better but for other reasons, I am sticking with the Nest WiFI with two routers (one as 2nd point) and one point. Easier set up, more reliable, same speed (most of the time), a better app, and no annoying Bitdefender to have to deal with! Does anyone want to buy them from me?

Great Mesh Network

The hook up was very easy, except for a mistake I made, but the Netgear support technician was magnificent in helping me correct my mistake and complete the setup. I am geeking out with WiFi6 throughout the house - especially pushing 1GB to my VR setup.

Now I know!!! For the first time EVER, I have "Excellent" signal throughout my house! This system is outstanding. Easy to configure/set-up. Very pleased. Highly recommend!!!
