Customers are saying

Customers recognize the Orbi 750 Series AX4200 Tri-Band Mesh Wi-Fi 6 System's extensive coverage, ease of use, and strong performance as significant advantages. Many appreciate the straightforward setup process and reliable signal strength, resulting in improved connectivity. However, some users cite the high price as a drawback, and a lack of robust parental controls is also mentioned as an area for improvement. While some experienced lag, others reported significant improvements in speed and reduced lag after installation.

Purchase these to replace an old Asus router that had performed admirably. Wanted to future proof our WiFi and was looking for stability. The Netgear Orbi AX4200 has seemed to do the trick. So far very stable and good coverage throughout the house. Very easy basic setup.

Upgraded from the Netgear Nighthawk mesh (garbage router system). This Orbi is simply on a different level. I am getting the exact same speed from the satellite upstairs in my house as I do from the main router! It’s mind blowing, cost of entry is high but this is one of those devices where you get what you pay for. You will feel like you’re finally getting what we pay our ISP for. It’s a fantastic feeling, incredibly smart devices and they are FAST!!! I am a pretty heavy user with about 25-30 devices connected at any given point in time and there are just no hiccups on this system, no restarts, none of the dreaded problems we experience when dealing with typical router woes... The best router I’ve ever had the pleasure of using by a significant margin. May not matter to some, but it could have a better form factor. For whatever reason these aren’t the prettiest devices, and they are large.

Great, google nest kept going offline if i had a major download and was extremely unreliable. This has been solid, i have 1.2 gigabyte internet speed and i get close to that consistently on my speed tests. Best system for online gaming

Upgraded from R6400. This is a great system. Setup was easy, just make sure you only have your modem plugged in to the Orbi during setup. Great coverage in my entire house. Speeds are great and the satellite helps tremendously.

Great way to get the most out of my 1 gb internet connection. I have around 30 devices connected through my WiFi. No drops since installing. Service provider router couldn't handle the demand.

NETGEAR Orbi Whole Home Tri-Band Mesh WiFi 6 System is better than advertised. The setup was very easy. My entire home (3200 Sq. feet) is covered from upstairs, downstairs, and backyard deck area with over 900 mbs of download speed consistently. I would recommend this product to everyone who is teleworking regularly, streaming constantly, and with a couple of gamers in the home... Orbi is a must have product. The Bitdefender network security is topnotch too.

My standalone router slugged along when I got my gig Internet. Googles Nest mesh was good, but not great. With the Orbi system, I LOVE that the satellite has Ethernet ports allowing me to directly connect my work computer and get WIFI6 speeds. That to me alone made this purchase worth it. Setup was easy, and other non-wifi 6 products (like basement workstation) also get faster Ethernet. I love this product (expensive, but worth it for my needs). Examples work computer before ~100 maybe 200 Mbps (wireless 802.11ac) and now direct connected to the WiFI6 satellite Speedtest shows 819Mbps download/42Mbps upload basement workstation (wireless 802.11ac Surface Pro 5) Speedtest now shows 440Mbps download and 42 Mbps upload Especially for downloading large files (such as .pbix for power bi) or syncing OneDrive files between the cloud and desktop, I absolutely feel the cost of the Orbi was worth it for me.

I live in a 1400 sq ft home with many walls in between from where my modem and primary router are. The modem and primary router are positioned in the middle of the house. I have the satellite in my room which is located at the corner of my home. The Orbi system has greatly improved my connection. I have frontier 500/500. In my room I now get download speed of about 400/100 which is good enough for me. I have over 30 devices connected to my wifi. I have my xbox hardwired to my satellite and it works great. I upgraded from google nest wifi (3 points), which was good but this is much better for gaming.

Easy to set up. Even easier to use. Makes all my smart devices work faster than a single access point. The Orbi app is simple and user friendly. Highly recommend this in a house around 3000 square ft that’s getting into smart tech.

Sooo much WiFi now. WiFi 6 at that, average 500-700mbps on gigabit connection throughout the house. 2500 sq ft. I currently added 2 more satellites for a total of 4 + router. Overkill but absolutely no dead spots.

After setup issues, fantastic product so far! Very impressed with the Orbi and its ability to translate high speed fiber internet into a reliable and strong WiFi signal throughout the home. The Orbi app is great. Setup through the app did not run smooth but was able to compete via web browser and then the app caught up for day to day use.

Great upgrade from the ac3000 orbi.. this wifi 6 bumped my internet from 100mbps to about 350mbps. No dead spots in a 3000sq foot brick house with just the two units.

This router gives off fast speeds. I have a two story house and the signal is strong throughout the house and all the way to my driveway on to the street. Right now this product feels strong, I’ll give an updated review 6 months to a year with this product...

One of the best tri band system out there. Easy to setup and reconfigure as well. I get good signal in every corner of my house that too without any interruptions. Loved Orbi more than the Eero actually.

Works great.Read alot of reviews because of the cost was concerned how it would work with verizon fios did not want to purchase and not work. Many reviews were saying had to basically jump through hoops to get to work others said had to call verizon to get set up. With all of that I purchased and took my chance. I have verizon fios 1 gigabit speed the fastest offered with the ethernet (not coax) coming in the house. Set up was a breeze was just a plug and play situation. Unplugged ethernet from verizons gateway modem plugged into the netgear orbi and the orbi did the rest. Don't go by the other reviewers it does work with verizon fios with ethernet coming in the house with no problems and no extra stuff to do plug and play and enjoy.

I waited for about a month to write a real review. I wanted to make sure that they worked.. they are pricey.. but we now get WiFi throughout our house... without constant buffering. Prior to these our family room had connectivity issues. If you are working from home with issues...give these a try.. I only gave it 4 stars because of price ,

Amazing. My wifi has been unstoppable ever since this investment. I had a nighthawk before that had started dying due to old age. IT friend recommended these and I took his advice. Boom. I have gigabit internet and I actually get over 1 gig through wifi on my iphone. Oh, we live in about 3000 square foot split level house. Antenna piece is in basement in the corner and main router is upstairs in other corner.
