Customers are saying

Customers recognize the Orbi 750 Series AX4200 Tri-Band Mesh Wi-Fi 6 System's extensive coverage, ease of use, and strong performance as significant advantages. Many appreciate the straightforward setup process and reliable signal strength, resulting in improved connectivity. However, some users cite the high price as a drawback, and a lack of robust parental controls is also mentioned as an area for improvement. While some experienced lag, others reported significant improvements in speed and reduced lag after installation.

I've had this for a few months and the internet tv is not buffering anymore. It was super easy to install. We don't have any dead spots in the house now.

This was our first mesh system and it works great so far. We still have some issues sometimes downstairs with the living room TV but I think it’s an issue with a specific channel vs. a WiFi streaming issue. I liked how easy it was to set up using the app. The instructions were clear. I also like how it logs each device that uses the WiFi so you can catch any unauthorized usage.

Very fast mesh system. It is easy to configure and works great. The speeds are high consistently and maintains it for longer than other systems. Definitely recommend it.

I just replaced my Linksys EA6500 router with the Orbi AX4200. Using Spectrum 100 Mbps service I was averaging 60 Mbps on the 5g band which I thought was pretty good. With the Orbi AX4200, I'm averaging 102 Mbps on both bands plus no dead spots! The router is in my basement and satellite on the main floor. In addition, I had several devices on Ethernet which I converted to wireless as speeds are much faster. Great device. Setup was a breeze.

Wifi 6 isn't yielding quite the throughput I was hoping for, but good signal strength. Setup was pretty easy with only a small glitch in network naming... software didn't handle the apostrophe character correctly.

We had almost no connectivity in my office and our ADU was a complete deadspot. I ended up placing a node in my office and running an Ethernet to it. That whole side of the house now has blazing fast wifi speed, and our entire backyard including the ADU now has coverage (able to stream 4k movies out there now). We have 400mb down on a wired connection and I currently get that wirelessly from almost anywhere in the house now.

lI love these, not a single issue with them at all. Not sure about the price, but the coverage/speeds never disappoint. I do wish it was real 3 channel

Honestly I had some issues with the setup. It was not as smooth as I hoped for it to be and I even had to call the support line. I’m pretty tech savvy but some of the issues that were going on even the support person (they were very knowledgeable) had issues resolving. Now that I have had it for a while and everything works as it should. This thing is top notch quality. I get around 890mbps download which is really impressive considering the router the internet company gave me only gets me around 550mbps. How could I not keep it. It’s giving me the speed I pay for with the provider and had like 40 items connected to it

    Best-in-Class Wifi 6 Mesh System

I’ve had the Orbi RBK50 since the first year they came out and have absolutely loved their reliability and dependability. Have tested against all their major competitors. Finally made the decision to upgrade to the latest Wifi 6 generation of Orbi’s just for fun to see how much better they might be. They are everything they Wifi 5 versions were, but with even better wireless performance. On devices I used to pull around 100mbs download on, I now pull between 160-200mbs on. Outstanding product, just like most everything Netgear puts out.

Love, love, love my mesh system. I did a lot of research, and knew I needed WiFi 6, Tri-Band, since that was the latest and greatest in my price point. I like the Netgear app, personally, makes it easy to manage and keep tabs on my home system, and all devices that connect to it. Don’t think you need to pay for Defender though. One thing I will say is that I’ve had some dropped signals as of late, but that could be the provider - haven’t confirmed yet. Devices are kinda big, but you cannot beat the peace of mind of WiFi everywhere in a 3000 sq ft home.

Have been an IPTV user for a couple of years and have had lots of problems with buffering and just dropping the signal. I pay for 400 mbs service but my router and satellite I needed to cover my house was giving me download speeds on average of 25+ Down and 5-10 up speeds. Since I installed the Orbi w/satellite, which is extremely easy to pair, my download speeds have been in excess of 400 mbs down and 25 mbs up. My buffering has all but disappeared, and all of my other devices are working faster. Would definitely recommend this to anyone.

I replaced a different gaming router with this mesh system to improve the coverage in my home. I got a nice little surprise because the older router was a bottleneck and never provided the bandwidth that I had purchased from my ISP. With this, I have great coverage in whole house and I get about 300 Mbps bandwidth, even though my ISP connection is 250 Mbps. I didn't gave it 5 stars because there is one problem. On my wife's laptop, specifically on zoom meeting, for some reason wifi provides a choppy connection, I solved that by having her use RJ45 wired connection for that. Everything else works great. Orbi forums were not helpful to solve this issue.

Easy to setup and definitely notice a more seamless handoff between units. Unfortunately it doesn’t work with existing Circle parental controls and come with no built in Circle or alternative parental controls which is a BIG miss.

Great range and speed so far! Only downside is having smart devices that needed a dedicated 2.4 ghz band. This doesn’t allow separation of the bands so it’s difficult to get some of my devices connected to my network.

I bought these for WiFi in a new apartment. It isn't a huge place, around 1,100 SF which some would call overkill, but I have a mesh setup in my actual house (An eero) and have been mostly happy with it, compared to a traditional WiFi router. I looked at the Nighthawk AX5200 and almost bought that instead, especially with the black Friday sales but opted for this instead, because I won't be in an apartment for more than a year or so and I want to be able to expand. Also being surrounded by 15 or so ATT WiFi routers, I feel like this does a better job isolating the noise than a router because of how it handles beam-forming. This is a little pricey, even with the sale, but it is extremely fast, as well as expandable.
