Customers are saying

Customers recognize the Orbi 750 Series AX4200 Tri-Band Mesh Wi-Fi 6 System's extensive coverage, ease of use, and strong performance as significant advantages. Many appreciate the straightforward setup process and reliable signal strength, resulting in improved connectivity. However, some users cite the high price as a drawback, and a lack of robust parental controls is also mentioned as an area for improvement. While some experienced lag, others reported significant improvements in speed and reduced lag after installation.

This did exactly what it was intended for and worth the price. I first tired extenders and they did nothing to help boos the signal to all areas of the house. I get this product and the fast speeds I'm paying for are now received everywhere. Since I had a Total Tech membership it was not an issue but for whatever reason, there were a few hiccups with getting it setup. However, once the tech got it working no issues since.

Works very well. Fast and easy set-up. Note: I upgraded from the RBR 50 to this so I already had the phone app. Only negative is price but when you have a premium product it’s understandable; but ouch

I had the orbi ac 3000 system before this which was great. This is even better, longer range and much higher speeds. Get this and you'll be set for a good while.

We have the Verizon gigabit internet connection. Having multiple at home made it glitchy. I was told because it is both a router and modem this can happen. We purchased this system for our 6000 square foot space (includes finished basement). It is definitely better than the Verizon router but was still a little glitchy. I ended up getting an additional satellite and have had no problems since. The reason for the 4 stars is the setup. I followed the directions over and over and had very little luck. It said to connect the orbi directly to the Verizon router for set up. I ended up calling Netgear and they said to plug the Ethernet directly into the wall. After that all was good. Very frustrating experience but in the end the product works great.

Bought the Orbi to handle the optic fiber just installed at our home. It handles the speed and a large number of items. Easy set up.

This Orbi system made setup a snap. I was impressed with the app, which walked you through each step of the process and prompted you when to continue. I also liked the fact that you could change the network name and password to match your current setup, so all currently connected devices would immediately recognize the "new" Orbi network, without having to set all of those devices up again. I finally have full wifi coverage in the farthest room of my house, which was always an issue before.

These were difficult to set up, The instructions that came with them were not correct, and a call to Netgear Support was required. Once set up correctly they worked great and solved our intermittant wireless problem for one workstation. The "dashboard" that comes with the software shows which devises are connected to which pod which can be helpful when diagnosing issues.

Very easy to install. My entire house full of WiFi devices was up and running within 1/2 hour. I followed to instructions in the app and used the name and password from my previous network. Cameras, Amazon Echos, WiFi switches, WiFi plugs, garage door openers, etc were all automatically connected and working. The only thing I had to re-setup were our Roku devices and a FireStick. WiFi speed is as expected. Ethernet connection to a desktop is faster than previous NightHawk router.

Great System - I have a 2500 square foot house (2 floors) + a basement. I had a pretty good router prior, but with 3 kids and many connected devices, we started losing some connections (especially with streaming). Changing to this system was easy to install and update. No issues now in dropped connections with close to 35 devices, including our projector in the basement. (TVs, Alexas, phones, sprinkler system, security, nest, and others).

Fixed my stability issue with range. The only reason I am not giving it 5 stars is because the main router only has 3 ethernet ports and the satellite only has 2. The Orbi AX3000 2-pack is $150 cheaper and brings 4 on the router and 4 on the satellite. Also, you cannot have 2 separate SSID's with the Orbi routers. It's only a single SSID name that will decide on it's on if it's going to connect you to 5ghz or 2.4ghz. I find that as a huge disadvantage because if I walk upstairs or downstairs it will stay connected to the same router or satellite and just switch to 2.4ghz leading to extremely slow speeds instead of switching to the other access point on 5ghz.
