Customers are saying
Customers recognize the Orbi 750 Series AX4200 Tri-Band Mesh Wi-Fi 6 System's extensive coverage, ease of use, and strong performance as significant advantages. Many appreciate the straightforward setup process and reliable signal strength, resulting in improved connectivity. However, some users cite the high price as a drawback, and a lack of robust parental controls is also mentioned as an area for improvement. While some experienced lag, others reported significant improvements in speed and reduced lag after installation.

Wanted To Love Them
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Bought these to replace a single Asus AX router that would not provide coverage in the one spot in my home that I needed to create an office. The Orbi provided coverage throughout the house and I thought that all was well. However, I quickly learned that this set-up does not play nice with Nest thermostats of which I have two. Apparently, this is a known fact with the resolution involving repeatedly recharging the Nest battery due to the power consumption with finding wifi radios in which to connect. Too much trouble for a Nest owner...otherwise, highly recommended.

Works welll
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Extremely easy to set up. Overall, the coverage is about as advertised. I do not have super fast internet so this is only doing the speeds advertised from the internet provider

Wonderful delivery experience
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The setup and install from Geeksquad was just what we needed, since I'm away on deployment. The gentleman who installed it did a very good job explaining what needed to be done in case it goes down, etc. It was exactly what my wife needed for her work from home experience, as they want her plugged directly in and this mimics that in the system. It also made the download speeds even faster than before! Great product!

ORBIg time!
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Netgear's ORBI AX4200 made cutting the cable cord, a seamless transition, with regard to entertainment. I had to keep the cable modem :(, and It took a couple or tries to get the satellite in the prime location, but now it is set. The money we saved from the cable over 1 MONTH, nearly paid for the entire system. Hookup was simple and relatively quick. Streaming shows and downloading content has been a breeze between 5 TV's, 3 smartphones, 2 laptops and one PC with no buffering. Awesome

Beat wi-fi
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Easy setup and great product. Our older Netgear nighthawk WiFi router had recently kicked the bucket so I purchased a cheap replacement, which was a complete waste of money. Bought these to replace the cheap one and everything is running sooo much smoother. My son has a gaming computer connected directly to the satellite router and he keeps saying how great it is. Would definitely spend the money for these again.

High-priced performance, poor software.
||Posted . Owned for 1.5 years when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This device was purchased after my very good Synology router got fried by a lightning strike. Strengths: good coverage, especially with the satellite Weaknesses: VERY poor software support. Everything is dependent on the app for setup. The web site orbilogin.net goes to a page which leads you in circles trying to get to a web-based management page instead of the phone app. The phone app is fine for very course management of the device, but there are so many settings which are not available on it. Expensive parental controls which must be purchased separately and do no more than my Synology came with. A real waste. Cannot use the device as an access point for anything but Netgear products. I have gone back to Synology. So much better user interface!

Awesome Router For The Price
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Set up this router & satellite for 2,500 square foot rural library. It provides great coverage for both staff & public access computers, including a separate guest network for patrons who bring in their own portable devices. It provides super fast coverage for the entire library.

Made me a believer of mesh technology
||Posted . Owned for 4 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Used previously mesh routers to less than stellar results, however, this one was truly a step above the rest. Setup was a breeze. Pro tip: name your SSID the same as your previous router and use the same password so that your devices automatically connect. Placed main router in the living room and the satellite in an office and connection has been amazing. I have 500 down/500 up internet and speedtests nearly always hit the mark on all devices. Might be a little pricey, but well worth it.

Very happy
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have zero complaints about this mesh wifi after having it about a month. No dropouts, spottyness or anything to hunder the performance I've gotten. I like the looks as well, so that's a plus. Setup was simple and didn't have any issues. Plenty of coverage around the house and about 30 ft into the backyard in our shed. Speeds I tested out there on my 400Mbps service is about 120Mbps. It's got plenty of power and it'll be ready if I need Gig speed. Hopefully it's all good for years.

Exceeded expectations
||Posted . Owned for 3 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I was originally skeptical of a fully wireless mesh system, but was quite surprised by the results. Our house is fairly large, so we put the hub in the basement on the left, and the satellite on the right of the house on the 1st floor. We got around 1Gbps stable throughout the entire house, even on the 2nd floor with extremely low latency thanks to the 5Ghz backhaul. We even managed to get a stable connection far-ish in the backyard with speeds of 50~Mbps, which was incredible for the distance.

Great! Caution to new gaming system owners!
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. Our internet has definitely improved since implementing this new system. However, I put it at 4 stars, because there can be some troubleshooting involved that can be difficult for some. We had connection problems with our PS5’s when we originally set this up. After a lot of Google searching, we were able to change some settings and get things working. If you’re not upgrading for gaming, then you should be fine, but caution to those with newer systems. Once we got it figured out it has worked fantastically, and has significantly improved our internet speed and usage.

Eliminates dead spots
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. There were many dead spots in our two story home even though we had recently upgraded to wi-fi 6. After the Geek squad installed the Orbi Mesh router and one satellite all our connected appliances have great reception and a rapid connection. That includes security cameras in the yard on our back fence. I can even get a good signal two houses down the block. It was not cheap but definitely eliminates problems with poor reception. Highly recommended.
