The Orbi was my first experience with a Wi-Fi mesh system. It was easy to set up as I was moving from an older Nighthawk router. With the ever increasing amount of WiFi compatible devises it was necessary to upgrade to a system that could handle 30+ devices spread all around the house. The best part of the upgrade was the ability use the existing WiFi name and password. I would definitely recommend this product to anyone who is looking for the latest tech and who have a larger area of coverage and devices.

I don't know why we waited so long to install the Orbi Mesh Network system in our home. It has done exactly what we needed buy adding outstanding Wi-Fi coverage throughout our home with exceptional Internet Speed. If you have dead spots with Wi-Fi in your home, this is your answer. Great product.

In an old house, we found pockets of weak signal, and the extender we bought years ago hardly moved the signal outside the walls of the house to the patio. With the Orbi system, we can bring the laptop out to the patio, and multiple devices have the same strong signal wherever you are in the house. Some reviews had referred to complexity of set up, but I found it no problem at all.

Orbi Mesh WiFi 6 system performance is excellent. Setup took a couple of times but all in all easy to install.

This product definitely gave me the range and internet speed I was looking for out of a wifi 6 product.

I have been using Netgear products for 20 years now and this is the first disappointment I have had. Purchased this Orbi system last week and returned it this week. Setup is a breeze and I was up and running in no time. Everything did work good but I just could not get the speeds I was expecting. I tested and the Orbi router was getting 935-945Mbps from the modem but anywhere i tested the speed over wifi, best i could get is 350-380. I spent several hours on the chat with support and we tried upgrading firmware a few times only to see performance drop. Xfinity gateway speeds were 450-500Mbps so i was highly disappointed that Netgear could not beat them. Reluctantly I returned the system yesterday as i could not see paying $500 for slower speeds. Connectivity was better since it is a mesh network but i did have issues with the satellite picking up tablets and phones as they would routinely connect to the router instead. The orbi app is awesome and easy to use. I am reconsidering my entire configuration.

Seems to have resolved my sporadic streaming and slow speed issues. Pretty easy to set up. Very happy so far.

Orbi increased my download speed by almost 10% over my provider’s advertised max speed. Easy to install and use.

Purchased because of ease of use and coverage that extenders do not provide. Unit was easy to set up and coverage is very good. Modem is 300Mbps and Satellite shows 250Mbps in an area that an extender would not cover even at 30Mbps. I tried to setup app later and that attempt continues to be abysmal. App must be used to turn off the Armor anti-virus that is KILLING several web sites that I have used for years! It will get fixed, but the frustration certainly is affecting my interest in recommending to someone else.

When the Orbi is working, it would get 5 stars. But I recently did a firmware update, and I could not get one laptop connected without assistance from Netgear technical support. So that would be 1 star. Also, the initial set up was challenging, and I'm fairly tech savvy. I had to contact Netgear technical support for their help setting up the router. Because of these factors, I give the Orbi 3 stars. Too bad because when it's working it covers my entire house and is fast.

Works great. We wanted to upgrade to WiFi 6 and have a mesh system. This does the deal. Easy to setup if you have a sense of what you are doing. There is an app that allows you to monitor and control your wifi connections that works well.

I got this the Orbi, after having issues with my Linksys Velop routers. I am blown away by how much better it works as well as all the extras offered in the app. The app is extremely user friendly and even has parental control networks which I find way easier to use than the parental controls on the iPad. I set them once, and every device the kids use, I just add to that network. It’s easy and simple

These are the best. Speeds went from 40 to 400. Install took minutes, and they look great!

My Orbi is awesome! I just purchased a home that is about 4,000 square feet and it was hard to get my internet speeds to extend throughout the entire house. I had tried just about everything including switching to several internet service providers but nothing seemed to work. Then I finally purchased the Orbi mesh system and it worked wonders for me! It is definitely worth the price especially if you have a big home!

Amazing product and great speeds. I have tried Google's mesh sysyem as well as the eero pro and this netted me the best speed (least number of complaints of lagging, by kids) of them all. The app could be a little better feature wise and if I'm being picky the Rlrange could be slightly better but all in all an awesome product. This is my second orbi mesh system and they will continue to have my business.

Great coverage. Love the parental control. Easy to use. Can see all the devices connected.
