Took awhile to get set up and needed tech support. After that everything is working and the signals in my home about 2,800 sq feet vastly improved. After a week added a 2nd satellite and that fixed some weak signals on the second floor.

I’m very satisfied with this product I think is one of the best out in the market I really recommend this to anyone it really works excellent the speed you get off the roof thank you for helping me with my internet connection know I can surf the web better

Purchased due to my previous system 5g side failed. The Orbi system setup and connected everything flawlessly upgraded the nodes and is a major upgrade to my previous router and satellite.

Great wifi system! The Netgear Orbi extended by wifi coverage over my 4,000 plus square foot house. No more stopping in the middle of internet activities for system to catch up! Worth the money

Probably one of the best AX systems out there. Speeds are as near as makes no difference close to the ISP. I returned my Google Nest Mesh System for the Orbi and I am extremely happy I did. It is definitely a pricey system, but I swear it’s worth every penny.

So far, it's been good. We were having connection problems down stairs due to the router being upstairs, but with the Orbi, we no longer have this issue. Had to reset the configuration a few times since the documentation is a bit vague on some of the settings.

Units perform really well, when they're working. Performance is great. The downsides, units are bulky and take up a lot of space, esp. when running 3+ units throughout a larger home. Biggest issue I've seen so far in the few months I've been running it, the network routing crashed and lost administrative access (logins fine), since the core OS or web interface broke. Only way back in, factory reset and losing all the settings. Second, after just moving it yesterday to another home, had to reset it back to factory again, as it would keep forcing me into a repeat admin password reset state, even though I was just fine. These units are far from stable, and my ancient Netgear AC3200's are still rock solid year after year in our other houses. Can't recommend this product and will likely be going to another Mesh Product.

Great internet speed but truly a pain to set up. I bought this for my new house and I got into an activation loop where my Spectrum internet modem needed to be activated but the Orbi router needed to be activated and they kept fighting each other for which got activated first. The Orbi kept “winning” that battle only for it to find that the internet wouldn’t work if the Spectrum internet wasn’t activated first. I ended up plugging my computer directly into the modem via Ethernet and activated the modem and then I was able to activate the Orbi. If I didn’t have an Ethernet port (only 1 of our 4 computers had one), I don’t know how I would have been able to set it up. @Netgear, perhaps this is something you should look into because I doubt this is a totally uncommon issue. Easy to use and set up right out of the box. Directions are straightforward and easy to follow. We plugged it into our current internet and have signal all over the house.

Like for many of us, optimum reliable internet is indispensable for my work. The Orbi system was a breeze to set up, comes with a great app and offers loads of great features. A little more pricey than your average home system, but worth every penny.

Needed to upgrade our router when we upgraded our iSP to 600mbps. This did the job better than planned as the satellite really amps our speed in my study. I saw these with Amazon Prime, and I’m so happy Best Buy matched the cost.

Amazing product. Literally doubled my internet speed upon installation. Was getting 400 mbps, now it’s 900 to 975 mbps..

Never knew a router system could make a hugh difference in coverage and reliability to our home. Always had problems with other wi-fi extenders but this just works. Setup was very easy and up in a few minutes. My family is very happy with this purchase.

We have so many bluetooth and internet related devices running now. Our old system was not really carrying the load well. We bought two of these. One for upstairs and one for downstairs. Now we aren't having any difficulties supporting all of our streaming devices.

Strong WiFi, great range and very reliable. If you can purchase during a sale, the value is hard to beat. The version I purchased can cover over 5,000 square feet. I little expensive, but worth it for great WiFi coverage.

I heard great things about the mesh systems and it has not disappointed. Orbi App is solid for quick speed checks, monitoring of devices, etc. I have a larger, single level home with a family of 6 and it covers our needs very well.

Great router and easy set up! We used to have dead/weak connection areas in our house, but not anymore. We maintain fast speed in all locations with very minimal to no drop in speed anywhere in the house. The AX4200 works just as advertised. Our house is 3,100 sq. ft.

I am super satisfied with this purchase. I was averaging 230 mbps with my 1 gbps plan wirelessly and now my 5g devices average 600mbps and my wifi 6 devices (desktop and oculus quest 2) average 750-780 mbps. The few 2.8 ghz network devices average 300 which is a vast improvement from my old router that averaged around 50 mbps. If you have 1 gbps speed this purchase is worth it. If your speed is around 250 mbps maybe look for a cheaper option as this setup may be more powerful then what you need. Our house is about 3,000 square feet and this setup provides fast reliable wifi for all of our devices (about 23). Quick note: If you are setting up this product with the app do not rename your network name and change password until setup is complete. Otherwise you will have to do a factory reset and start over.

The best. I tried out several different mesh wifi6 systems and none of them performed like my Orbi. Thought i would have doubts about the ax4200 instead of the ax6000, but not only are my pockets happy, im satisfied with my results to date
