Easy to set up. Adds so much range without the drop in speeds.

Having problems with the AX4200, it has its moments when its super fast but I cannot get it to provide consistent fast Wi-Fi. I have internet 200mbps service and had cable company out here yesterday to test my speed coming into my house, All tested good but my Wi-Fi on the AX4200 varies anywhere from 2mbps-200mbps with absolutely no consistency. I have a small 2 level home. I was on the phone with Netgear for 6hrs on 4 separate calls and that was a nightmare. Bounced around for hours between "advanced support" with zero improvement on the Wi-Fi speed. I am going to exchange this AX4200 for another one, I think this one is defective. If the exchange doesn't work, I will switch to another brand of mesh router system.

Did not take long to set up, and the speed has been great. Phone app is a little clunky.

I expected a better experience but i did not expect this much better. The wifi is fast and very very stable, and the hard wire is even better. With 3 phones, 2 playstations and 2 Pcs on the network it never slows.

Using to have internet access in the garage 80 feet from the house with no problems.

Working and schooling from home had stretched our WiFi almost to its limit. This Ritter and satellite have been wonderful for our 1,500 square foot home. No dead spots, and for coverage I'm not the front and back yards. However the ability to pause internet on certain devices didn't work for the first week, and was sorry after that. I'd pause EVERYTHING, and my doorbell would still notify me when it spotted someone. It's working well now, however.

Received these as a gift. I had looked into mesh routers before but never felt I NEEDED it because I didn’t think it would make much of a difference for my smaller house. Very pleasantly surprised at how well they work and create a trouble and worry-free network. Would highly recommend!

I had a netgear nighthawk since 2017 most of the time I would get 200-400mbs (I pay for 1000mbs) instant improvement with this new system I now get about 900-980 on wifi Also my house is 2700sqft and now there’s no more deadzones. While the price tag had me debate a bit, I’m glad I did buy them. Also their app is easy to use and well made.

Easy to install. Works well. No device hand off issues observed. Worth the price.
