Fantastic product. We're stuck having our main router in the basement of our house. Since adding the orbi system we now get our full gigabit speeds on the 1st floor and using the secondary router we are getting almost 500mbps on the 2nd floor of the house. Would highly recommend this for anyone with a large house or impeding situations.

Super easy to set up and use. Great range and load capacity

Delivery was prompt. The modem Was packaged well and worked without any issues. I ended up not needing the Netgear orbi router and satellite. I sent the package back via UPS without any issues. The Arris modem is a big improvement to what I had,Nice streaming and browsing, With very little occurrences of Wi-Fi disconnections.

Future proofed my WiFi experience. It works seamlessly with all my existing stuff ( 7 Sonos speakers, Printer, 2 tablets, 3 cell phones, TV, AVR and Disc Player) and can handle even more!

Total brick. Orbi stopped working 17 days after purchase. After 90 minutes with tech support it won't even factory reset. It was easy to set up initially and speeds were as promised and advertised. But after 17 days suddenly it would no longer receive an internet signal. I spent 90 minutes with tech support unplugging it and plugging it back in again. Proving that I actually DO have internet access from my ISP through the modem and manually telling the orbi the IP, MAC etc. Even the factory reset didn't work. So I boxed it up to return it and see I am 2 days out of the return period because my elite bestbuy status reverted this year.

Faster speed No bluffing Overall one of the best I had

I had a constant issue of my WiFi signal dropping out. My modem/router is on the second floor. Getting the signal to my garage was always a challenge. Often times it would loose the connection and would not reconnect. I now get a constant speed from the satellite receiver, just as if I was right next to the router. Well worth the money.

I think these work extremely well - they give full coverage for my home and I have a strong connection everywhere. I love the included Netgear Armor internet security that comes with it - I have it on all my devices now and am subscribed and liking the experience. No issues.

The best mesh router in the market, the easiest to use too

I bought this to replace another mesh router set up that I was always having problems with. This was quick and easy to install and I am not a tech person. It works with all my devices including my Ring Doorbell, Amazon Alexa, iPads, printer, and Amazon Fire Tablets. This is a good set up for us and I would recommend it.

Let me start by saying the wifi speed has been great, ....when the coverage works like it is suppose to. I am paying for 1 gig wifi, I figured I might as well try and maximize it. I have a 3200 sq ft home, and according to their wifi coverage claims it should more than cover my entire house and then some. I had to end up buying an additional satellite to make the upstairs coverage good enough to even stream tv. And yes, I did try moving the router and original satellite first to maximize the coverage. No good. Not super stoked about the extra cost of a satellite, (more expensive than buying a 3 set to begin with unfortunately), but my coverage is now sufficient to watch a movie without it buffering in the middle, so there is that. Set up went smoothly. I do not enjoy their control page as much as my last wifi router (I miss the option to favor certain devices for "x" amount of time). I can say I notice a difference in the speed of the wifi which has been super. Worth the cost??? Verdict is still out on that, but if you can get it on sale I'd say definitely go for it.

Easy to install and great range!, looks slick too!

I gifted my mother my old Orbi RBK 50 instead of renting equipment from service provider that doesn't compare. honestly I love the orbi systems and bought the AX4200 when it was on sale. My entire house is set up as a smart home and never had issues from the 3 different orbi models I've owned over the last years. Only wish the AX4200 had same amount of ports compared to my RBK50.
