Purchased the orbi amd have had nothing but dropped internet and slooooooow internet to ghe whole house, disconnected it now do bavk to swuare 1

Finally we now have fantastic WiFI coverage with no dead zones and fast reliable wireless internet connectivity with our new ORBI Mesh network. The installation of the ORBI router and satellite was very easy and quick (about 10 mins) with the ORBI app. Once connected I was happy to get wireless connectivity with blazing fast speeds from every room in the house. Bottom line: With our new NetGear ORBI Tri-band Mesh WiFi 6 system, we have no more WiFI dead spots and everyone has access to fast wireless connectivity house from every corner of the house. No more complaints about not being able to access the internet or the internet is too slow. That is fantastic especially with 2 teenagers in the family!

This is probably the worst product you can spend your money on it. It has so many issues but one of the worst one is disconnecting by it self without any reason.

Recently moved to a townhouse with 3 levels, including finished basement. Optimums supplied router was awful so I tried the Rax45 (my pc has an ax chip). It had a little better speed but dropouts were constant. Finally I bit the bullet and bought the Orbi 753. First off, it was a breeze to install in minutes via my iphone. It let me set up the new network with the old id and passkey so every device in the house just worked. The coverage is unreal. From the bonus room above the garage to the far corner of the basement, the coverage is complete. My speeds, on the same service I had, instantly popped 600% and now match wired speeds. I can not say enough how impressed I am. It was expensive, but well worth it.

I spent a lot of money on this. 9 mos later it broke. Was told by support I had "too many devices" even though way under what they said it could handle. Also told me out of warranty. Terrible

Getting this set up with the app was a breeze, I've definitely dealt with some finicky and confusing wifi systems and this is anything but. I have a 3700 sqft house and coverage is fantastic all over the house as well as the backyard. You may not have many devices that can take advantage of the latest WiFi6 technology, YET, but with this system you'll be future proofed for years, maybe even a decade. As more and more devices become "smart" you can rest assured knowing that adding so many devices to your network won't bog down the devices you care about, like phones and laptops. The only con is the cost, but if you buy a lesser system now, then have to upgrade again in 3 years, and again 3 years after that...

Device eventually stopped working, the Orbi app is a joke luckily I bought the replacement plan for this device and was able to get refunded

This ORBI Tri-Brand Mesh (3 pack) WiFi system is a beast, the master of its Universe and all others performance is measured by its superior performance. I went from dead spots in most of my home to getting the same speeds and connectivity I get from the Main ISP connection in all corners of my home, no matter the distance, how many walls, or obstacles. Easy to install, quick to install and was up and running in less than 30 minutes and I’m no expert IT guy, just a 60 year old “Harry Home Owner” purchase a ORBI system if you have speed and connectivity problems not related to your ISP, you won’t regret it.

I had been using Google Nest Wifi for a few years. Always struggled with internet speeds in a lot of areas in my house, to the tune of 40-60Mb in most places unless close to main router. On a friends recommendation switched to Orbi. I do not get less than 320Mb anywhere in my house. No blips, or outages like with the Google stuff. Changed my WFH game. Cannot recommend high enough. Worth every penny. Setup was very simple. Love the device control.

I received a new one, but it was defective. Now I have to wait at least 2 weeks or more for the new one and installation.

Absolutely terrible. I have 1 gigabit internet speeds and this cut my speeds in half. Worked with orbi support and still could not resolve. Don’t bother.

I researched several different routers and satellites before purchasing the Orbi. The setup was super easy with no issues. I have been very happy with the the upload and download speeds and the easy app. Our prior router dropped connection all the time. With the new Orbi I have not had a single drop in the connection. Highly recommend! Totally worth the price paid.

Product did not work. Returned. Buy an eero… disappointed.

Worked great while it worked. Only lasted 16 months and then WiFi capabilities quit.

Was very excited getting the mesh system. Set up up on Wednesday. Completely failed on Friday. Had to return to BestBuy for a replacement. Defective unit.

Wow. The performance of the Orbi WiFi 6 mesh is incredible. I was admittedly skeptical after reading some reviews, but this system is amazing. Set up is quick with easy to follow directions. The integration with Orbi app is excellent for controlling settings and monitoring connected devices. Most importantly, the performance is FAST. Paired with the Netgear Nighthawk CM1200 Cable Modem is resulting in close to 1gbps Download speeds. Highly recommended for performance online gaming and video streaming.

failed after 1 and a half months. was sent a replacement, and the same thing happened to it after 2 months. would not buy these again.

We have 3 people working from home here, two IT professionals and a finance professional, as well as two students. Throw in a whole bunch of gaming and streaming and you have high stress on the wifi system. Improved the physical coverage tremendously, eliminating all the dead spots in our house, and quantifiably increased the measured speeds for all users. Quick and easy to set up. Highly recommended

Terrible experience with poor initial setup and ultimately returned. Nothing beats ASUS.

I have had a Google WiFi Mesh network for 3 years now. Recently we moved into a larger home and quickly discovered the Google WiFi was not keeping up. Purchased the Orbi and WOW, instant boost. Even my four year old commented that he doesn’t have to wait anymore for YouTube to load. I’m finally getting my ISP speeds on my devices, not just at the modem. Very happy with product. Easy setup, on par with Googles setup.
