Excellent product, great support and easy to install.

I purchased the Orbi 960 series to improve the wifi in my old colonial home and to extend the wifi to my office in an out-building. I was able to daisy chain the connection from the main house into my office about 30' away without any issues. Connection is great.

Gone through many different mesh systems and this one by far performs the best. This is setup in a 5 bdrm 3200 sq.ft two story home. 60+ wifi devices. Disconnected almost all wired connections. No drops, no lag, just strong wifi service all over the house and outside. Works great for my smart home devices and security cams.

Worked better than my previous mesh system but really pricy.

If you have Sonos, do not buy this router. A quick Google "Sonos Orbi Problems" will give you pages of content. I wish I had known this, I have 8x this router cost in sonos in my home so if they aren't happy, I'm not happy. At least Best Buy has a great return policy. Setup is a breeze. Incredible features and honestly the devices themselves look really premium. They do not stick out when you place them around your home. Wish I could keep them, but the amount of work it takes to resolve the conflicts between Netgear and Sonos is not worth it. On to the next one.

Blazing FAST!!! Takes advantage of my Gig+ Internet. New Network cards connect at 2Gb/sec. Newer devices that support WIFI 6e (iPhone 15, Pixel6, Galaxy 21 Ultra, Macbook Pro 2023) connect up to 1Gb/sec. Whole home coverage is fabulous.

I have a 6500 square ft house and have tried countless systems. This system solved all of my problems. I now have 400 as my speed in the worst part of my house.

Great shipping tracking delivery by BestBuy. I like the application and the wireless devices, I am migraing from a Nest Mesh so having a strong wifi signal was a must these fit the bill perfectly.

Built a 2000 SF house in an area with 1G fiber to the prem but zero cell service. Everything is connected - lights, appliances, hot tub, HVAC, even the coffee maker. Coverage and speeds are amazing, WiFi calls, Zoom meetings, all work great inside and out. Using the wireless mesh until my CAT5 gets rigged to do wired backbone. With so many connected devices having a dedicated IoT network was very appealing. My only complaint is no VLAN support. My Lutron Hub is Ethernet only, plus SmartThings hub would be plugged into Ethernet ports in the IoT VLAN. The Orbi Pro (for business, 2x price) does it, but not this model. Give me VLANs and I’ll give you 5 stars.

After years of unreliable WIFI connectivity, the Orbi router and two satellites solved the problem instantly. All of my devices are communicating clearly, and I've had no dropped connections. I'm very happy with this product.

The network performance for a modern mesh network is amazing, but the software management via the web portal has a long way to go. The web portal should match the ios application....and there are way too many facets that are different.

Best WiFi experience I’ve ever had. Sucks they try to charge you for “security” subscriptions as the router is expensive enough. The best way to experience this is to have them daisy chained by a wired connection if possible.

Orbi 6E system is pretty high end device and able to cover most advance setting and area. Produce wise, it is a outstanding router system, but I was hoping the antivirus can be included with it price, no need to subtribe it!

I was forced to buy these to replace an older set that got fried in a storm. The routers are great, but if you loose Internet due to weather or interruption to service, they can be difficult to reconnect to the internet.
