Perfect so far. Installed by Geek Squad 2.5 weeks ago. Geek Squad was terrific.

Very expensive, but worth it. No dead spots. Does a great job. Even the unattached garage has a excellent signal now.

Have to regularly restart to find brother printers. Even with static printer ip addresses, printers get lost.

It's a one star because of Netgear's handling of my defective item replacement. This seems to be a great product if nothing goes wrong. If something happens and it stops working be prepared for a very long and very very time consuming project. Mine was begain to work internationally and at times not at all. The first call to support was about 3+ hrs long and support and I did alot of things to try and get ot working. Towards the end of the call while support was researching the next move it just start working again out of the blue. I was ok with that and had no more time to give to this problem. It continued to work great for about a week. Then the power went out and when the power came back on the router did not come back online. Called support again. Spent about 1hr plus trouble shooting again. The did not get it working and I had no more time to give. It was wothin warranty and just asked for a replacement. The support agent said he could not approve it because it was a "High Dollar Item" and he would forward my case up the line and advised me it would take about 48 hours to get back to me. Keep in mind I still had no internet. I can not afford to be without internet, so I had to drive 2 hrs to get to a store and buy a new router. Spend another 1 hr or more getting the new system up and running. Still has the desire for the replacement, and when the new unit showed up I could use it in a new location. Once I finally recived a call back from support my replacement was approved followed all the steps in Netgear's Return Authorization page. They took my money for shipping. Then I received a email that they need a picture of thhe serial number and a copy of the receipt. I sent them those Items. Still several days passed no word. I sent another email asking of the status. They replied that they still needed the picture and reciept and in a hostle manor told me that if those items are not recived in the next two days they could not approve the replacement and close my case. Keep in mind that they allready approved my replacement and took my money for shipping, now they were telling me basically it's not approved and still took my money for shipping. Ending this very long and ongoing store. It seems to be a great product, but be prepared for a very long and very very time consuming process. Lots of hrs on the phone with support and a company unwilling to do a replacement on the high dollar products that are clearly broken. I won't buy Netgear again. There prodducts seem to be good, but there policy's are horrible. Treating there High Dollar customers horrible.

It does everything it says it will. We have a house of three levels and approximately 7,500 sf and the Orbi covers it all. I am very impressed by this product.

Fast, stable, broad coverage. It's the perfect router.

A) Not a smooth connection B) Wired connected device doesn't show on app C) App itself is lame - loading circle keep spinning on whatever u click for more than a minute with Zero Results D) its just a hype with average performance

This is the best home wireless setup on the market. Period. Yes, it's expensive. It's 100% worth the price.

Perfect with Google Fiber. 1000mbps and over on upload and download on wired connections. Wi-Fi is great too! So far so good!

These have been amazing. Connection is amazing through the house, and the connection for LAN suffers zero loss.

These look and work great! I'm very picky about how things look in the home. It must be pleasing on the eye! I don't feel like I have to hide it.

The Orbi made a big difference. The Wi-Fi coverage is much better. I had Geek Squad install but it can be DIY.

Not sure I didn’t jump the shark with this one…but it’s FAST 500+ Mbps measured Wi-Fi (ATT fiber 5GB service)
