Broad and able to handle 52 devices in a three floor home

This solved all my problems with Wi-Fi My other system was always popping in and out

They were very easy to setup and internet performance has been very fast so far.

Works great. Easy to setup with App. If you’re looking for wide coverage and multiple devices. This the set up.

Let me give you a bit of background before I launch into why this item is garbage. I have had and loved a Plume mesh system for many years that has worked very well and any problems I had tech support (talking engineers here not tier one agents, for complex firmware bugs in a 10g network) were able to resolve. Again a great mesh system that rarely had issues. But it was beginning to show its age as I brought more and more wifi 6e devices into my network. The devices were faster than the old wifi five could serve up and Plume has yet to release a 6e network so I set out to find the best replacement that I could and found the orbi. It had it all 10g wan, 2.5g for backhaul, and a dedicated wifi backhaul system that promised to be the best ever made. The youtube reviews raved about its speed and capability so I bought it thinking this would be the system I could grow into for a few years. Unfortunately the reality could not be further from the truth. I setup the mesh system and right off the bat I knew something was wrong when my wired speeds tanked from 900 up and down to a measly 10 up and down. We are going to set aside the wifi problems for the moment and just focus on the lan. So I called up tech support and got someone that insisted that this was normal and that I just needed to let the network sit for 24 hours like this would magically improve the copper connections. After much face palming the tech support eagerly killed the call and I set out to do some testing on my own. I found that the system was completely unstable on even simple task one moment the network would blast off and I would get gigabit speeds then the next it would tank again. I quickly sought to isolate the problem and did numerous test with my 10g switch on or off the network, changing ports, etc but never could get speeds to work consistently. All the while I fought the same issues on the wifi network devices would connect to the 6ghz band and get just abysmal performance. I tested this locally and externally with a half a dozen known good devices. After all this testing the magical 24 hours had elapsed and I called tech support yet again and went through a gamut of removing and rebooting devices. To no one's surprise this did nothing for the consistency and the tech support finally gave up and told me to return the product to get a better unit. Like a wifi lottery system where the roulette buy in is $1500 a shot. This is to say that the tech support would not agree that the unit was faulty only that I needed to get a "better one". All this to say that my old Plume system is back in place and my hardwired speeds are rock solid again and I will just have to wait for the day that they offer a new mesh system as the orbi is simply garbage.

This resolved all my lagging network issues including patio tv50’ away from house!

Had it for 2.5 years. and has been a head ache with connection issues. Several calls to Netgear CS with no resolution. TG i had Geek 4 yr ext warranty

Overall, I am happy with my new mesh WiFi system. A sophisticated system for sure but a good one.

I’m a network engineer, and typically I love Netgear products, but man did they drop the ball on this product. I have a 4600 sqft home, and this barely covered half of it. I had everything setup as a wireless backhaul connected to a 5gig fiber gateway, and barely received over 500mbps speed. The range barely covered 3000sqft. I returned the system thinking I received a defect, but the second system did the EXACT same thing. Ultimately, I went with the TPlink WiFi 7 BE85 system and it’s working as intended. Netgear has fallen from grace in the prosumer market. Stay away from this system.

Works great. No issue with streaming or gaming. Our last system was Netgear
