    Save your money and invest in your retirement… this is very expensive and you don’t get any parental control look the other way… lies and bull returned it back

    Expensive and unreliable

    After repeated problems with Netgear's Nighthawk router, I too Best Buy's advice and invested in this high end home WiFi system to cover my 7500 sq ft house. A Geek Squad tech installed in yesterday afternoon and this morning it stopped working. I spent 5 hours on the phone with Netgear support and had them make multiple attempts to get WiFi to work for more than 5 minutes. A GS tech is coming tomorrow but if that doesn't fix it, this expensive paperweight is going back to the store.

    Does NOT improve wifi speeds at all!

    After reading a ton of reviews about this product, I should have listened to the negative reviews. The setup was very straightforward and had no issues, however, these devices gave me WORSE wifi coverage and slower speeds than my current eero setup. Speed tests on the Netgear were 50/15 when I got 400/300+ on my eeros. Needless to say, item has been returned.

    This product was terrible for us. We tried adjusting the settings, but it kept switching back and forth from 5 to 2.4 our tvs started buffering. I went back to our old Orbi and have no problems

    after 4 months the connection died

    After 4 months the connection died and everything turns on but it cannot be connected to the internet it is the second time what is happening with this brand I think it is time to change

    Good luck if it stops working. Their customer support is designed to get you to pay more money, and this product has a very weak warranty, on top of only 90 days of free phone support.
