This thing gives fantastic wifi all over the house! My only issue was during set up it lost connection and had to be done several times to complete but once that initial set up is complete it doesn't have to be touched again!

Since the day I bought this I have had no problems with my WiFi. I especially like the satellite also as my computer is far away from the router. Very easy to set up and configure all of my phones, iPads and google home mini. Great recommendation by the BestBuy sales person.

I bought this to help with connecting to my home WiFi in my home . After setting it up and making slight adjustments. I’m pleased with the results . I have a two story and this helps with internet range in the house .

I've only had high speed Internet for years because I rarely use computers. With this whole Covid-19 situation and stay at home orders, I was using more data on my phone. I was also forced to make a home gym. The new treadmill I bought required wifi to view all the trail runs and connect to the iFit program. My new smart TV also needed WiFi so I could stream my European soccer games while I worked out. My Orbi base is on my 3rd floor and the 2nd satellite is on my 2nd story. All the products I use wifi with are on the 1st floor in my garage. I haven't experienced any problems or lag time. It was very easy to set up. I found a video on YouTube. I highly recommend this product.

I am compering this to the Google Wifi mesh system. The ORBI is more difficult to setup, the range is not as good, but once setup the system is fast and rock solid.

This things a life saver. It’s helped connect through my apartment and is incredibly simple to set up. There’ve been no issues whatsoever since initially plugging it in. It works with a switcher perfectly as well for my game consoles.

We bought this to upgrade our range extender when we changed internet providers. We have an older home with plaster walls and the Orbi was the solution we were searching for to deal with dead spots! Our house has full coverage now and we definitely recommend the Orbi!

This works as advertised not a geek was a little difficult setting it up and getting an internet connection after getting hung up on 4 times by NETGEAR support staff each time them telling me I didn’t have an internet connection coming to my house. That was a little frustrating I contacted Best Buy and they were great and connected me to the Geek Squad who tried to help to no avail but at least they didn’t hang up on me they recommended I contact my Internet provider which I did the next day and they pulled up the Instructions and went step by step with me and everything worked out fine it seems I screwed up with the steps for installation told you I’m no Techie it’s a 5 star piece of equipment 4 stars because of difficulties with NETGEAR this isn’t intended to reflect negatively on BestBuy they are A1

There are 3 people in my home, all with phones and individual laptops. Orbi has helped allow all of us to be able to use wifi at the same time without any lagging and/or miss communication. We have been on Zooms and Hangouts without any problem!!!

I was impressed with the easy setup and start. Satellite unit helps with signal on second floor. Working with app on my phone let’s me know that devices are connected and working. I am very pleased with this Orbi unit.

I researched the best and opted for the Orbi. Best Buy staff was extremely knowledgable and filled in the blanks as related to just an extender. This system has given me seamless internet in 3000 sq ft where there were dead zones before. Outstanding

They were easy to set-up, found the internet quickly and improved my connection to the modem right away. Before these, I was not able to do zoom calls and now am able to participate and lead video calls. Very happy with the purchase.

Bought this as Christmas present for my son. He had dead spot problems with 2nd & 3rd floors of his house. After installing Orbi mesh, strong signals throughout the entire house! And, unlike most repeaters or extenders, no additional network names were required.

I purchased the router, because the salesperson in the store told me it was one of the best, I had just added a WiFi security system to my home. I call my internet provider to get faster internet speed and I needed a new router that would provide coverage throughout my entire home. Set up was easy, but it constantly lost signal. I tried for three days to to get this thing to work, I chatted with tech service I looked online for help, nothing worked after day three I packed it up and returned it. If it were possible I would have given this thing zero stars, it the worst. I had you net gear routers in the past with no issues, they worked fine, so I expected it to be far better than this piece of junk, It worthless. I purchased a Linksys router nearly half the price and it’s everything I needed. You get what you pay for doesn’t apply here.

I have used the Netgear extender and still had a dead spot or no signal in the house. I was turned on to ORBI and now I wish I had known about this system a long time ago. The coverage is great and it is easy enough to set up.

I have a 2 story house...and I was having a hard time getting internet downstairs. Someone at the store recommended this router and he was right! I've had the fastest speeds ever. Never going back to linksys after trying this. Highly recommend.

Was having issues with Spectrum's wifi reaching all my devices. My main systems are in my office down stairs, so the streaming and devices through the house was suffering. Got the Orbi and no issues at all, everything runs like it's hardwired. Highly recommend this for every home!

With a standard router, we always had a problem with wifi coverage in part of our house due to the brick construction of our house but since we installed the Netgear Orbi, we have great coverage throughout the house.

Overall this Orbi works well as a replacement for my old Apple Airport. It does need to be rebooted from time to time - which is annoying.

Had problems with getting wifi into the garage of home. I have a 3300 sqft home and this puppy did the job of getting strong reception to my fire stick, which is plugged into my T.V. located on garage wall. My router is located upstairs, so this has been a life saver.
