I purchased this mesh setup expecting it to work right. It didn't. I got the main device connected to my model (Spectrum service) but the remote would not connect, even in the same room. I tried resetting, rebooting, updates. Nothing worked. Returned it and purchased a different Orbi system and WOW!!! Been using Netgear/Nighthawk for years and their products are usually stellar. I guess I got a bad one. The other system I purchased is a better system than this, I am sure if the extender worked, it would have provided great coverage, like the one I did buy does. Easy setup and very strong wireless coverage (I live in the country and can get a signal over a block away) so I am very happy with the Orbi line.

Have 3 story home and needed WiFi to work on all 3 floors and this took care of it for us! With the satellite you can move to another floor if not working as well. Solved our issues!!!

Installed to replace old router for improved speed and less buffering of a 4K TV for streaming shows. Rated to cover 3500 sq ft home but doesn't appear to really help in my 2000 sq ft home when multiple devices are going at one time.

Product worked as advertised. Had some install issues that I think were due to using only the wireless features and not the hard wired Ethernet setup. But product covers whole house even to furthest corners of 2nd floor and a good way out into yard around house as well.

Product was returned in favor of the more powerful model. The setup was simple and worked as designed. Just didn't work for my situation. Had to return it because it didn't have enough power to make it through plaster walls.

This was installed by Geek Squad for me. I have had no issues with it and my streaming has been smooth. I thought the price was reasonable and I like having my own router instead of paying Spectrum $5 in rental fees for one of their routers.

I live in a subdivision and sometimes have issues with other homes' networks interfering with mine. I had used repeaters in the past with mixed results. With this system, I have had consistent coverage with no interference issues.

The Orbi system is working fantastic. In the new world of Zoom calls, I was having connectivity issues and "freezing" screens. Since I hooked up the Orbi system, my calls are much more professional and absolutely no more frozen screens. I am extremely satisfied with the performance!
