The Orbi was easy to set up and is great!! awesome

The Orbi does its job, but the controls are a bit challenging. The phone app requires me to log-in each and every time I use it and my password manager doesn't work on that app. Does the job, but somebody needs to get some quality control for the software.

This new router not only saves usi money each month but it also provides superior WiFi now. Better than we’ve ever had. it works great for my son’s gaming, we have better coverage and we returned the inferior router our internet provider charged us for each month. Should have bought one a long time ago.

I was told by a Best Buy agent that this works if your internet provider is Fios. I bought the product and took it home. Before opening the box I went back to a different Best Buy in town, since I had recently purchased a wifi extender only to find out later the extender would not work with Fios. It just so happened that a Verizon rep was on site (for phones), but he told me the device would definitely not work with Fios ever though it had been recommended by the Best Buy rep at the other store. He also told me the basic Fios router has very limited range and to upgrade to the top Fios router or buy a Fios extender.

We purchased the NETGEAR - Orbi AC2200 Tri-Band Mesh Wi-Fi System for our home and it is one of the best investments we have made this year! We have 2 adult gamers at home and my husband and myself are always online. With the Orbi we have no problems connecting, or staying connected to the internet. Thank you!

Had old, normal router and plug in repeated for access to other side of home. Just didn't cut it. Neighbor had Levi and I had higher reception from his unit than mine, Get his was 50 hrs away. Bought 2 pc Orbi and now get "5 bars" at the end of the house. Absolutely love it, mesh is the way to go.

I can see how it would be good for someone else but we couldnt ever get the extra booster to sync and work. The main hub worked well for us, for a couple months but I bought this set FOR the booster. So I returned it for another product

Replaced router from cable company. The old router plus an extender was barely adequate. Close the router we have 150mb speed. Far end of house it’s a hit and miss in connection. If connected the speed was around 30mb. With the Orbi set, I get consistent connections at 170mb speed throughout the house

I had a standard wireless router and it couldn't even reach across my old small house. This has improved my speeds and wireless reliability drastically. But if you have an older home this will not cover 2,500 sq ft and I'd recommend more than just the 2 pack. Love the product though.

I bought this to replace an old router that dropped connections with annoying frequency. This one (with the booster downstairs) gives me great connectivity 100% of the time. The whole purchase/installation experience was seamless, contributing to my membership in the Best Buy/Geek Squad fan club!

I want to love this item, but after a year of use I can't say it is perfect. There has been multiple times when lost connection and had to restart. Other than that, great item.

Although I'm a bit puzzled on the status of "moderate interference" from a device that's less than 20 meters from the extension, there has been a noticeable difference in the wi-fi performance on the weak end of the house. Glad I bought it.

I really like the orbi. Its has been working great since I bought it about 2 weeks ago. But, for some reason lately it has been giving me issues. It keeps going out and losing signal for no reason. We keep having to unplug it and plug it back up.

My old orbi router went out and I needed to replace it. Bought this set because I needed it immediately and the local store had it in stock. It works perfectly with my existing Orbi satellites. So in effect I have gained another node in my mesh setup.

This easy to install product gives good coverage for a 3500 sq ft house. So far I have not experienced any problem. The only thing you might want to consider is that it has only one port. I needed to buy another device ($30) to connect my internet phone.

The setup didn’t go as smoothly as it should have, or this would be a five star review. However, the functionality of the device once up and running is as promised. Also, the included extra services are a nice bonus.

Had difficulty configuring this router to work with my Jive wireless router and printer. I got both technical support groups on the phone together and they quickly sorted through the conflict and adjusted my settings. No more Wi-Fi issues in our 2800 square foot home!

Installed since we were having poor signal on the far side of our house (2 floors and basement, custom colonial, around 4500 sq ft). Product advertised coverage for around 3000, but positioning allowed good signal to cross house and utilize our max allotted bandwidth. Well worth the price!

Was a bit of a pain to set up since I got a new router and modem at the same time. Otherwise, it works as it should. Goes out periodically, which can be annoying, but provides better overall coverage and less outages than my prior router.

The WiFi equipment was ok the fire stick has failed and is not a current version. Bottom line tv not working correctly. Very disappointed with Best Buy service , tech support, and Papillion store. You have lost my business.
