This equipment work efficiently I was hoping that the reach would be a little bit better around some quarters of the house but I believe I will need to get another satellite and then I will able reach all areas

For some reason when we changed to T-mobile our wifi on our phones did not work. Which was odd so someone recommended Orbi and I was amazed that my wifi was working again and we were able to add additional cameras to exterior of our home with no interruption.

We continued to have issues with weak/dropped wireless signal in a moderately large house and decided it was time for a change. Couldn't have made a more perfect choice than the Orbi, perfect signal throughout the house without the problems of dropped or slow signal.

We have the challenge of an L-shaped block home where the WiFi router was not able to reach the bedrooms from the living room. After the last router died replaced with this system. Matter of fact I am writing this review from a spot that was not reachable before.

We live in a 3 story townhouse that is roughly 2,000 sq ft. This system has enabled us to enjoy full strength wifi throughout with no problems. I expected mediocre results, thinking only the majorly expensive systems would suffice, and I was wrong. Pleasantly surprised.

After talking to many different Best Buy Agents, they pointed me to this product and it works well. We still have issues connecting to the satellite and the setup was not as easy as I thought it would be but overall good product!

I like it, but I always wonder if the hot spots are on or if theyve went out and perhaps I dont realize it. That kinda bugs me. Also, the light is too discreer on the hot spot units...otherwise, works as intended.

Needed better home network connectivity since working at home more. Installed the Orbi system - big improvement. Hoped speed would be even better but the connection is much more stable.

Instructions are not included with equipment. Had to go online to find instructions which were needed to know the sequence of how to startup. This lack of instruction keeps rating a 4 rather than a 5.

With my Modem set up in the basement on one side of the house and bedrooms upstairs at the other end, the WiFi in the bedrooms was very weak. Since purchasing the Orbi system, we get a very even distribution of WiFi throughout the house.

Good wifi extender, however, setup is a bit complicated. Placement is dictated by the two nodes connecting and that required a few different moves to get right.

Got this to cover our 4 story townhouse at the beach that is about 2000 sq feet. so far it covers the area well with full coverage on all floors without any dead spots. We will see how long it lasts but so far so good very happy.

I may be alone with this experience, but the system runs much better when I unplug the satellite. I'm giving it 3 stars because, while the main unit alone seems to be handling our wifi needs pretty good for a 2100 sq ft house, I paid extra for a mesh system and have not been able to take advantage of it. I have done extensive troubleshooting with the App and have plugged in the satellite to different outlets all over the house ... each time I ran tests through Speedtest.net and the Netgear App ... our speed was consistently cut by nearly 75% every time the satellite was connected. Needless to say, I left it unplugged.

Customer service representative did a terrific job recognizing my lack of knowledge of how to make a purchase under your lockdown protocol. She recognized my selection from my iPhone and quickly obtained it and assisted with checkout.

I have tried many different options over the years to have enough WiFi signal throughout the whole house but it has never been enough.... Until Orbi. I have a small setup and it is enough to get a good strong WiFi signal everywhere in my house. I couldn't be happier.

I cannot get the second satellite to connect. We purchased this router because we were told by the salesman at Best Buy that this particular router is supposed to be good for a larger home and staying connected. It wants the second Satellite closer to the main router(Which would be in the hallway right by the main router vs. in the middle of our home, which is one room away from the main satellite), which defeats the purpose of trying to connect the rest of your home. It has been over a month and we are still only using one of the satellites because it still will not sync.

Bought this for our 1500 sq condo where we were having some WiFi issues. Since we installed this product we have had no further issues with the WiFi buffering when streaming movies, tv shows, etc. Very easy to set up and install.

The router itself works great. The extended unit was hard to get setup and netgear only gives you 60 day support. Ive had to call them twice already. So not sure what I'll do once the 60 days are up.

I hired Geek Squad to install the mesh network. When he arrived, he found it was not compatible and made a recommendation to purchase a different mesh network. The return was fast and simple and the clerk was courteous.

This is an awesome product but when my husband got it Home we realized that it was not what we thought and had to return. We were hoping we could use in some way but unable to. The person that waited on us was very helpful and explained everything very well!
