The Orbi mesh system is everything they advertise and more. Easy to setup as is typical of Netgear products. Very flexible solution for providing strong WiFi signal to multilevel home. Quality product!

We were under the impression this would be 2 extra satellites and it was actually another router and satellite so that is not what we were looking for. Better for smaller house’s.

We were having problems with our WiFi connecting from our upstairs router to our downstairs TV. Streaming was it and miss. This Orbi router has solved the problem!

I have a smaller house, but even then my previous router could not reach to the edges of my house. This has solved that issue, as well as doubling my network speed over my 5 year old router.

It was easy to set up and has been good thus far. For some reason, it will drop the signal randomly for a second or so. Not sure if that's because of user error or the product.

This one takes quite a bit of gateway magic in order to get the most out of it. Also, for the price,Netgear should have provided some basic internet security. This unit works best with a Netgear modem,and a lot of inherant product line features keep this unit from being most secure. The unit jumps offline way too often with very little traffic to blame. MIMO settings keep things interesting and 600mbps is not the best available, but it gets the job done.

This was recommended to me by someone in the store as my wireless router didn't reach all rooms in my house, this was the perfect device for my house to have internet. I put the hub downstairs and the child hub upstairs.

We didn’t realize when we purchased this item that it didn’t have multiple ports to connect our security system to. We were excited to use a mesh system but unfortunately had to return.

Haven't had any problems with reception. It was worth the money and overtime will save money with cable companies because they charge $10.00 a month to use there equipment.

I was dismayed when I open the Box and there were no instructions As to how to proceed. So I watched a YouTube video on how to install... Downloaded the orbi app And began to follow that. No problem until I tried to install the satellite. I was Unable to get the satellite to pair up with the 1st. Even got my son-in-law to help me And he could not get it to pair up either even though we moved the satellite closer and finally into the same room. So I had to return it I'm sorry to say.

live in area with bad cell signal was a pain to hook up because no instructions and could not use computer had to use cell phone to get instructions and to complete hookup

Please know that this is not two satellites. Its a router and a satellite. Cant be used with your current modem/router. So you pay 200. For just the small satellite. And the router just sits in box

This system is super fast compared to Google WiFi but not as stable and the app for the Orbi is not good compared to Google WiFi app

I had issues with every router i bought and bam Orbi finally does what it promises. The best router out there. Con: Only one network out but problem fixed very easy with a multi network.

This has solved all of our connectivity issues. We were having trouble with being online for classes, streaming movies, and watching Tik Toks but no issues since buying this!

Needed to upgrade our WiFi due to continued work from home & remote school. We have been very happy with this system. We have a townhouse and get good coverage on all 3 floors.

Product works pretty good it was just hard to connect to signal but it did make it a stronger signal in our bonus room

I do like this but when it has to be rebooted, or is accidentally turned off and then turned back on, the games played to get it up and running is frustrating. It can take a half hour. Just annoying when you don’t have time for it. Other than that it’s good. Also bought 14 months ago. Sold to me as this new latest and greatest and I found out it’s old and I can no longer get some of the features it offered when it was new.

If your house is greater than 3000 SQ Ft and with a lots of rooms and cornering, you need more than one satellite to get a stronger internet service. Overall it works.

Works pretty good with a decent mobile app that lets you monitor what devices are on your wifi. A little more streamlined than my previous Netgear device. I'm happy with it.
