Orbi best wifi ever it took a little time to get it to work right and my understanding of how it works which is more the problem me. I am getting the fastest downloads this thing is GREAT!!

Comcast Wi-Fi router stinks and was not able to reach our house without dead spots that were Orbi came to the rescue with the help of the geek squad no more dead spots.

It was easy to set up and the signal was great even upstairs in the furthest bedroom but it kept disconnecting from the modem. It would not stay connect no matter what I did. I eventually decided to try a factory reset and try the setup again and it would not reset. Nothing that the owner's manual said to do would work. I ended up return info it and getting a different system.

Loving mesh technology. Can have the main device on the 3rd floor and the satellite on the 2nd floor. Provides complete coverage of our town home.

I was looking for a router that would handle all of the demands placed on it by a large family and guests. This one does it without any interruptions! I'm not high tech, but installation was simple, even for me!

2500 sq ft home - 2 story. Router located upstairs, Satellite down... SlingTv, Netflix, HBOGo all stream well throughout the home. 5 tv's currently. Good signal outside as well. Overall great purchase!

We struggled with our WiFi staying on since we moved to the country. Purchased the Orbi and haven't had a problem since. 2 teens and 2 adults alot going on..we even have WiFi access in the barn. Great job Orbi

Would definitely recommend this for households that use a lot of devices. We do everything from school work, to streaming video, and gaming. Not a problem yet. The app is pretty good too.

Old router dies. New one was not only easy to set up, but Best Buy staff understood house layout and set me up with great router. Can access wi fi in and out. No more delays. Easiest set up.

Accomplished my goal to have a stronger internet signal in both our upstairs and downstairs areas. We have a home that is 116 years old with old stone walls.....:))

While the system is better than what I had, I did not find the wifi signal all that enhanced in my far family room. Better, but I expected more strength.

seems better than what was here before and time will tell how efficient and reliable and worth the large amount of expenditure products are

Had geek squad install this Orbi mesh system in my split level home which has 4 different levels. Seems to cover all areas of entire house and extends to 4 outdoor security cameras besides.

After two tries to find a really consistent router, I tried the Orbi, with the same modem and ISP. No more dropouts with two laptops, two printers, one Ipad and 3 tablets. Its working!!!!

Chris was cordial and friendly.he spoke cclearly and looud fro a Sr with hearing problems. He explained everything so that I understood since I am not tech ssavy.

Bought this to cover our 2600 sq ft ranch style home. Not sure I needed a Mesh type router, but the sales person thought I'd be borderline with a single router.

It’s ok but I’m still having a bit of trouble connecting to the internet. Not as of a strong signal as I thought and my house is under 30’

Great router and very aesthetically pleasing. When asking my wife to restart the router it took her forever to find it because she thought it was one of her "scent diffusers" Great job on the design.

I have had this system for almost 2 years now and it still works great. I have a 2 family house and get great wifi service through both sections of the home.

I would steer away from the Orbi as a choice for a mesh WiFi network and go with another brand. I chose it because it was less expensive than Google or Eero but I’m regretting it. It drops the internet connection at least 5 times a day and I have to reboot the system or wait for it to reconnect. There’s a great signal when it’s working but not worth the hassle of constantly rebooting the system. The part that stinks is it comes with Best Buy’s 15-day return policy (not sure why it’s 15 and not 30 days) but it took me longer than that to work through all the troubleshooting steps that I could find on the internet (evidently it’s a common problem with Orbi) and make sure it wasn’t some other issue. So now I’ve had it for about 25 days and I’m stuck with it. I called customer service and they said I’m out of luck and out $180. I’ll probably end up unplugging it all and going with my regular modem/router, which is slow as molasses but at least it doesn’t go out all the time! The Orbi will just sit in a box and collect dust.
