Had high hopes..

After my older Netgear router (almost 10 yrs old) finally died on me, I decided to upgrade to the new Mesh system. Physically, the system was great, but we had way to many issues with connectivity and linking everything up. Ended up returning..

Ok, but not the coverage I was hoping for

Was really hoping I’d get a boost in coverage over my old one since it came with a satellite unit. Didn’t happen though. It’s good enough, just not what I thought I was going to get. My recommendation below would be to a friend who didn’t have a large area to cover.

It worked for that but doesn't help strengthen our signals within our home. Our home is over 2900sq and we were told by the best buy associate that this one would cover us, but it's not quite the umph I was hoping for.

Great Concept

Lots of gaming and streaming in my house and you cannot assign 2.4g or 5g network. The router auto picks this for you so games and streaming was lagging. Returned and went with the Netgear XR500 gaming router.

Better that router that you are given

This is a nice system but it doesn't have too many Ethernet ports and up to 3,000sqft isn't particularly accurate. It covers but not well. But for a smaller place that uses WiFi only then it's great
