    So I got the replacement plan after the first unit lasted 6mos. The 2nd unit after 6mos just crapped out and they dont offer help through netgear after support trial is up(3 mos) unless you want to pay the steep fee to continue the service. Never had to call pretty basic unit but starts dropping signal after a period of time. Up to then it was a great unit had signal and speed everywhere and worked well. Now with this pandemic online schooling and work from home this device doesn't have the reliability needed to keep things in motion.
