My internet speed is really better with this modem.

turns out I did not need this as charter brings 1.

Cosmetically the thing looks so much better than traditional wireless routers. A few times it has dropped out (i have one satellite), smaller home (1400sq ft) but it could be from house itself. The verdict is still out....

My existing Nighthawk router is providing a stronger signal to my back room than the Orbi is. I plan to return the product. For someone without a router, this may be a good fix, but not for us here.

I had a hard time setting up my Orbi. I thought it would work at a longer distance with no issues but it didn’t work that far and it doesn’t run as fast it also has some snags.

This has stopped my calls and zoom from dropping but my range has not extended at all even with the satellite. If I was not WFH and handling homeschooling I would return.

This product works fairly well through out my house on the down stairs level. I notice some buffering on my t.v. upstairs at times. I don't know if this is due to my cable provider or the router itself.

It wouldn't come up everytime I was searching for the signal. It kept saying something is in correct every time I try to redo the information

It does what it says as far as working as a mesh but honestly I bought this with hopes it would just obliterate my Google AC1200 mesh system. It honestly is no where near as good. No matter what I couldn’t get over 350Mbps out of the Ethernet port. It also handled the upload end poorly on WiFi. My Google AC1200 pulls a constant 480Mbps out of the Ethernet and 24Mbps on upload. I highly recommend spending the same price on the Google AC1200 mesh system unless you have more than 50 devices.

Hmmmm.... didn't work out for me. I couldn't connect and I had a hard time setting up for some reason. Returned and stayed with my older Wi-Fi router.

It's a good router although is NOT a plug and play. Other routers are more connect friendly plug and play not this one. I had to hard connect to my laptop to be able to set it up.

This is one of a few I have tried. I found other products to produce better results. I have this 3 stars because it may have been due to my house that is worked poorly.

Returned product after testing for 2 weeks. Wifi speed is very slow and no control over connecting to 5ghz connection manually. Returned and purchased a Linksys router.

Not as good as I thought it was going to work .My tv in my back bedroom still buffers ,my computer is still slow an not much different .

i am not sure this was worth it. my kids say they can tell a difference in the gaming but i'm not sure i think its better on my laptop at all - maybe even slower.

I purchased this product to upgrade our WiFi service. We were using the equipment supplied from the cable company which was pretty poor. We have noticed an improvement.

The Orbi is fine. It's The Geek Squad guy that hooked it up. I asked him to Hook both Wifi and Cable thru Orbi and he siad he couldn't do it. when my buddy dropped by the other day, he asked me why my cable was still through the Spectrum router. his was installed by The Geek Squad and they hooked everything through Orbi. I sure would like to get that done, my Ooma won't light up anymore and I have no answering service. It is hooked through the Spectrum and Orbi router.

So far its holding up and functioning. When I first set this up I didn't think I would be able to make it work, but low and behold I figured it out.

It has improved the length that our WiFi can reach. However, there are times the signal to the satellite is low and we are not sure why.

We replaced an older router with this to improve connectivity in the far corners of our house and onto the patio. It does that sometimes but the signal strength throughout the house is lower than the old system all of the time. The biggest problem is the router routinely disconnects from our phones. This happens constantly, multiple times a day. We have rebooted, reinstalled, everything. The router just seems weak and it was not inexpensive.
