Big disappointment

It did nothing to help connectivity and instead made it more cumbersome to use my printer and even to access websites on my phone!? We removed it but are still stuck with the $200 price tag. So frustrated that this did nothing to enhance our internet at home.

Terrible Product

One of the tech employees recommended this and its only day 1 and it doesn't work. Been working with tech support for 3 hours now trying to figure out what's wrong. Will be returning this item. I am better off with what i had before.

Nightmare

My experience was a nightmare. It never linked with anything and their customer service /tech support sucks. When I told their upper lever tech that I knew what a Cat-5 cable was he said "then you should know what you are doing". and disconnected the call.

satellite doesn't even reach across 1 room

I don't live in Hearst Mansion, I assure you. Next I tried to install satellite in the same room with router. Still out of range. Worthless piece of equipment. Save your money. Buy something else.

Went through the whole set up process and it said it was done. It would never let me connect any devices to the network. It went back to the store.

Unable to maintain connection
