This is a wonderful router. Great speed and range.

The 2 pack Wifi was easy to connect for the first time. I recommend changing the password immediately after the set up. To change the password I had keep rebooting my router/orbi until the my router adjusted the orbi connection.

This product is a must for larger homes. It works.

Seems to work well, easy install, not too pricey. 1 satellite for 2 floor use. Fixed our previous connection issue

We were previously using a WiFi extender but we’re still experiencing slow internet and disconnections. Decided to try Orbi to see if we could really get a network working across our whole house on the many connected devices. Happy to say it works great, wished I would have switched a year ago! Worth the money and I like the extra features like guest WiFi and being able to control which devices are on.

I made different researches for my new router, and after checking different options and having a final conversation with a technical expert at Best Buy, decided to go with the Orbi because of all the benefits of the new Mesh wifi technology, the price of this product comparing to other older routers, and the trust I have with Netgear as I already use their Arlo cameras for one year. Wonderful product!

Great product We we’re having connectivity issues upstairs. Tvs were freezing, we stream. Now TVs are playing beautifully Although I’m not understanding the Armor trial and 69.99 a year after. I’m thinking the router will still be productive without it?

Unbelievable coverage and speed in my 3200 sqft home.

few issues like unclear setup, dropping wifi signal in the satellite router, and ONLY 1 ETHERNET PORT.... i hate that it only has 1,, i have a philips hue setup and a sengled hub. but i love the app and the coverage

Bought this on a recommendation from a sales associate at Best Buy and am extremely pleased at the performance. I always had trouble with the basement, but with the booster, I have excellent connection all through the house. I would recommend this to everyone.

I didn't buy one with the satellite from the beginning but with the size of my house it works better with one. Haven't had any issues with either.

Not saying it isn't good, but the specs say there are 3 lan ports, and that is what the Best Buy salesman led me to believe.. Got it home and unboxed and the base only has one ethernet port and one lan port and no usb ports for connected storage. The satellite has no lan ports, it is just for wireless. Taking it back to upgrade... so more money

Good for strengthing WiFi signal and covered but it reduced my WiFi speed by almost 100g. Returning it.

Do you like being lured into a purchase with the promise of an easy setup? Not at all easy when the firmware updates then refuses to let you connect. Do you enjoy spending hours on the phone with a gentleman from Bangalore who doesn't speak English? I got to experience that. Do you enjoy having to drive back to Best Buy to return the unit because the aforementioned gentleman said the product was hopelessly broken and would not ever work? It happened to me. Netgear, you can kiss my rear end because I won't EVER buy another product from you. Defective products and abysmally poor customer service do not make for a successful relationship.

After following the instructions on how to set up and walking through it with customer service on the phone could get it to say it was set up but then wouldn't let me connect to the internet on any of my devices.

Absolute nightmare trying to install with you have ATT Uverse. Good luck trying to get any help or assistance once you get it.
