I have been using Orbi for a week now. First thing, Installation was a breeze. I just had to unwrap and follow the instructions. All setup in under 10 minutes. I like how easy it is to setup and use the Orbi app. It gives you all the control you need with your wifi around the house. I have a very strong signal strength through out all 5 different levels of the house. The router is in the 2nd level and the satelites are in 3rd and 5th level. I placed one in the foyer so that I can access the wifi while using the porch. Its awesome that I can now work from my porch without dropping a connection. I hooked up all my devices into the system. I have not experienced any drops yet. I wish I had bought this earlier instead of wasting time and money on buying a router and range extender.

Great whole home system to get coverage on multiple-stories. It was also super easy to set up, and has worked perfectly. Able to stream much faster and get better connection in all areas of my home.

The Orbi Whole Home Wi-Fi System is a great system that has honestly provided Wi-Fi throughout my entire home. The speeds are amazing where through Ethernet I normally get 150-200 Mbps, I get 100 on Wi-Fi. My only issue is that there are times when my satellites seem to restart or just lose connection for no reason.

I bought this because I need to extend coverage in my home and hated having multiple wifi names. It was pretty simple to set up and works really well. Planning on one more satellite to cover the garage!

Bought 3 piece system, main router + 2 satellites, to cover 3 story home. Very happy with coverage, strong signal throughout the house. Big upgrade from single router on middle floor we previously had.

Pros: - Setup - Super fast and easy - I chose to do via web browser, but the app seemed just as easy. - Performance - Crazy signal strength - all the way to the far ends of my backyard, I had full wifi signal outside of the house and even a few bars across the street. The Orbi does not exaggerate when it comes to eliminating dead spots. - Streaming PS Vue shows and Netflix no problems - Cell phone never changes SSID but always has full signal. - This is worth the price if you need a large space covered. Cons: - Needs improvement on Dynamic QoS. I previously had a Nighthawk R7000/AC1900 that offered Dynamic QoS. The Dynamic QoS option in the menu for this router just offered a speed test. I assume that future firmware updates will fix it, but I'd like to prioritize devices that I stream on over cell phones, etc. The only thing that kept this from being a 5. - Satellites need an ethernet port. Speaking as one who simply 'wants things to work as intended' tech issues are not my idea of a good time. I like simple and functional and the Orbi AC2200 is just that. My house is 2200 sq ft primarily rectangular one story yet there were dead spots and the frustration of 4K streaming dropping way too frequently set me to search for a new router. This unit states it covers 5,000 sq ft so I went for it. I was expecting more manual type material but one quick start guide, the base and satellites, power cord and 5e were all. Scan the QR code on the quick start guide and you're off to the races! App download, check. Fast too. Set up your account, check. Basic info required. Quickly done. Unplug router Plug router back in Connect Orbi base and power up Plug in satellites Finished There was a firmware update so with that download and reboot the entire set up took 10 minutes The app talks you through the steps and confirms the connections, allows for customization such as custom password, access, the works. Best part is testing all the former dead spots and 'draining the bandwidth' with all the devices doing their darndest still had me at more than double the speed than I had with 1 Macbook and a phone going. Doesn't get any better in my world.

Absolutely love it. It’s stylish, and it’s a triband system so I can pick and choose which products go in which band and make my WiFi faster! Also, I had bought a regular router that was around the same price and it gave me dead spots everywhere even though the size I bought was meant for a bigger home than mine. So the satellites were amazing because I get great connection all over my home! I would highly recommend to anyone having trouble getting wall to wall connection.

I found this product to be cost efficient and extremely easy to set up and connect to. The system has successfully strengthened the wifi connection in my home and has proven to be a reliable and user friendly option for my home. I am very pleased with my purchase!

We've had issues getting internet in so many areas of the house. We purchased wifi extenders and all it did was stretch our wifi signal, but our upload and download speeds weren't doing it for what we needed. We returned the extenders and purchased an Orbi and what a HUGE difference it made. We are getting a large area covered and with the same speeds anywhere in the house. We have multiple gaming systems online at once and no issues.

So far so good. My coverage is vastly improved and network speeds solid. The app could be improved, it's clunky and slow, also the initial setup pairing process is slow. Once everything was setup, it works great.

Took me 5 minutes to get this working, super easy setup. Covers my entire home with consistent speeds. Neat features for the network.

There isn't enough room to describe why the Orbi is the best mesh wifi system on the market. Sure it's a little bigger than the eero or Google WiFi, and it may take a couple more minutes to set it up, but it is priced better, pulls/pushes faster speeds, has a ton of features, covers better and has the 3rd channel for back hauling so you can stream 4k, while downloading music and do online gaming with ease. Buy it.

Setting up the system in my multi-level house took more time than I expected. The satellites took a surprisingly long time to connect even when they were very close to the base. I had to relocate them several times to optimize the system so set up took more than an hour. Otherwise the system is great, much better coverage and speeds than I was getting with the R6300v2 plus a range extender.

I have using the Orbi RBK23W for a couple of days now and I absolutely love the coverage and performance it provides over my previous setup. I now get strong and reliable WiFi in every room of my house. Netgear says the RBK23W can provide coverage for up to 5,000 square feet with up to 2.2Gbps combined WiFi speeds so that’s awesome. Netgear also gives you the option of buying extra satellites to increase the coverage of your WiFi system even more. You can buy the wall-plug satellite but that only extends the coverage up to 1,500 square feet or you can get the standalone satellite which costs more but it increases the coverage up to 2,500 square feet. If you have a large house with many walls, I would get the standalone satellite just to be on the safe side. Overall, I am very happy with the RBK23W because it has eliminated all the dead WiFi spots in my house and it has also allowed me to get coverage in my patio and garage which I wasn’t able to before. I would definitely recommend this to anybody who is looking for the best WiFi system out there. I received this product from NETGEAR as part of a test and review program.

I upgraded from a traditional non-mesh router to this system, as I live in a multistory house. The difference was noticeable immediately, as I suddenly had full WiFi coverage throughout my entire house. Definitely recommend this model if you live in a larger home or just need extra reach for your home WiFi, as the two satellites and ease of use during setup make your network exceptional.

This product has exceeded my expectations. It's wonderful to have WiFi in every corner of the house (as well as the patio) without having to change to different WiFi points. I would recommend this to anyone who's ready to experience a mesh network in their home. Easy to set up and so far has been great!

Really love this mesh system, we have a 2000sq home that’s about 100 years old with concrete wall and wire mesh in them. With this system I have no dead spots and I’m getting more than the 250mbps I’m paying for! I also enjoy how seamlessly it transfers to the closest satellite automatically.

Spent months putting off buying the orbi for my home. After I finally broke down and bought I am more than exctatic about it!! The setup was easy, my coverage is great and it just provides an easier life style with custom controls and monitoring of who is doing what in our internet. Thanks again orbi!
