Works great and at a great price
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I moved into a new house and my wireless router was not reaching the far side of the house. I asked an associate which one he would recommend and he immediately recommended this product. He advised me to put it in a place where I had strong signal (between the dead zone and the router) so that it would work in the portion of the house where the signal was weak. Sure enough i now have a signal throughout my entire house. Set up was easy and quick.

Wired is Faster than WiFi
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.WiFi may be convenient, but wired is faster. If your internet modem is not near your entertainment center use a powerline adapter instead of ugly cables. Furthermore, if you think that your wireless connection to NetFlix or Amazon Prime is a lot slower than the speed you are paying for, you are right. Providers like Comcast and CenturyLink throttle your WiFi bandwidth.

Needed Higher Speed Internet in more rooms.
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. We bought a set NETGEAR Powerline 1200 adapters several weeks ago to solve a chronic wireless issue in the remotest part of our house. This second pair of Powerline adapters was bought a week later to maximize the Internet speed for my Graphic Artist son. His equipment, even though it is just a wall away from the Wireless Router could not get above 150mbps. With the Powerline adapter he now gets full Gigabit speed.

It works
||Posted . Owned for more than 2 years when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. It did what I needed it to when I needed a better connection in my last apartment. Easy to use, but read the directions if you're not too tech-savvy like me. No idea if it's still the best product for 2022 internet speeds, but I'm sure it's still helpful.

No more streaming issues
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is the most amazing thing. Purchased because we bought a new smart TV and TV would lose connection while streaming. Modem is located at the front of the house and we were unable to move it. Also in a older house and the walls are thick. This product was recommended by the sales person and it has performed great. No more issues!!!

Great option!
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. After trying a few different WiFi extenders we finally gave this a go and I’m so glad we did! Instantly fixed our issue of having brick interior walls blocking WiFi signal to our smart TVs. Not to mention the super simple 10min setup process. Would definitely recommend this to anyone with WiFi range issues.

Gets the job done
||Posted . Owned for 2 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Gets the job done but quality drops every so often .. great if you dont want to run long cables thru your house and you need a direct ethernet connection.. speed is much slower than if plugged directly to the modem but again gets the job done for my work vpn. Extremely easy set up

Works great
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. My wi fi card on my desk top fried out awhile ago and had been using ethernet hook up. Upgraded my internet speed and they installed a new router. Went from a one piece unit to two piece unit. Afterwards couldn't get an ethernet connection so I asked the tech about it and was told the new router didn't support the ethernet connection I had via my cable tv connection. Thought I was going to have to replace the wi-fi card, but my computer is years old and had some issues earlier this year so figured based on age and other issues I would go ahead and by a new tower. Went to Best Buy and talked with tech guy about my issues. He steered me to this unit and said it should cover what I was looking to do and wouldn't have to replace my tower. Bought it, brought it home and connected it up. Works great. .

When Wired's a Job and Wireless is Clogged
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. While I doubt one gets the speeds as advertised, just as the wireless claims, just the maximum potential, Using this product has saved me a lot of wireless bandwidth or stringing wires around. I have six of them. Three are on TV's, One to the router/wireless and another AP plugged in on a different set of channels on the other side of the house. So far It's worked great. The only pain is when you add a new device, in order to encrypt your network, you have two minutes to run around hitting the sync button. It also sometimes happens after power outages, well it did once. Wireless is great in the country, but when you can see 40 SSID's on 2ghz and have devices that don't support 5ghz, high use times things start to crawl. Add a cordless 2ghz cordless to the mix, zigbee's and blue tooth and Dialup makes a good choice. In limiting the indoor wireless to as needed I get my full 200mbs dn 25up with no problem, except when it's teen night. Then I just move an AP upstairs, plug in my spare power line ethernet, turn the power down on the AP and they are good to go, stay in their room. I would hook up a few of my outdoor AP's and bridges but with xfinity, no need as I can get a signal just about anywhere in the county.
