I did not think this would work in my mexican house, but it did, and really well. If you have a big house and dont want to spend hundreds on a mesh system, get this. This version is ethernet only though. They do have a wifi version available.

The product is real easy to set up. Just need to plug it and turn your computer on. The reason for the four start is due to the face the cord is too short to reach the PC from the adapter. So plan on buying longer CAT5 or 6Cable.

Well it’s pretty self explanatory you just plug one end in the wall near your router and one near your electronic device (computer, game console ext.) and plug them in and it works almost instantly, but I will give fair warning that if you have an older house with older wiring you may not get the results you wanted

I have a security camera system that only runs with wired internet. I bought this Netgear equipment so I could connect my camera system to wifi. It did the job. Just connect one piece to your router/modem and the other piece to the equipment you want to be connected to wifi. Excellent!

Works well. Easy setup. Plugin here and there and press buttons and boom live connection. The adapter is pretty large and i put it in the kitchen where there was a backsplash that came out about 3/4ths inch that got in the way of the plug. I got enough connection to make it work, just check for clearance since it's a large adapter.

Need a direct connect to the router in another room. These powerline adaptors wireless worked perfectly. Easy to install. The only problem is the E cables that come with each are very short. I needed to get 6 for ones. Very happy with the hookup.

Great product for improving connectivity on static systems throughout the home or business. WiFi fades or drops depending on the incoming source. This product helps to improve connectivity by simulating or creating a wired connection.

This was an open box bargain. It was advertised on Best Buy's web site.
I researched its various components individually and drew the conclusion that this was a "don't let it get away" bargain. It is running just fine. Now I will go looking for a Best Buy computer! I hope I have the same good fortune. Thank you BEST BUY.

In an electrically noisy building, we were able to push gigabit speeds through out the space. This worked so well we have installed 3 more pairs, one in the initial location, and the other two in other distant locations.

Better than a Mesh Network

I purchased a mesh network system to extend my Wi-Fi to a tv in another room away from my main router. That system didn’t solo either the buffering issues while trying to stream Netflix and Prime shows.
This did the trick for less than 1/2 the cost.

Used to connect Tesla in house solar system in basement to netgear Router on 3rd floor, worked perfectly. The units are designed to discover each other via the electrical wiring, piece of cake.

This power line adapter works excellent. It never fails as long as the power is on. Works in ever room of my house and the basement. No drops in the internet. I highly recommend this for gamers who need internet in a separate room or basement away from their router.

Basically just plug n play. Reliable performance and very fast. Wish Netgear would start reducing the selling price. Other less well known brands are cheaper and just as reliable. But it seem bestbuy only carries very limited options for this class of products.

My house has some pretty thick concrete walls, preventing good WiFi connectivity if I get too far from the router. I bought these Ethernet adapters after reading how they'd use the house electrical system to boost the signal. Did they? Well, yes, they did, as advertised. I connected a remote (i.e., in another room far from the router) computer to the adapter and had a lightning fast connection. But (and there's always a "but"), my other wifi accessories (mouse and keyboard) would no longer work. The adapter for the wireless mouse and keyboard was connected, but for some reason refused to work. I ended up taking the NETGEAR system back.

I tried these adapters to replace the flaky WiFi adapter in my Dell XPS 8930. The installation couldn't have been easier and the connection is much better than the WiFi ever was. I still get my full internet bandwidth (60 Mbps) but the connection is much more reliable.

i installed these easily and set them up (basically no setup required -- just plug them in according to the pictures/instructions), and i was online!
frustratingly, the speed was very inconsistent. the speed indicator led would be green (> 80Mbps), but then cycle between amber (between 5Mbps and 80Mbps) and red (< 5Mbps). i'm using this to connect to my work network, through an SSL VPN, so when the speed drops like that, the VPN connection became very unstable. that was unacceptable, so i took it back and bought a google wifi 3-pack. it's a lot more expensive, but gives me thorough wifi coverage, and very fast wired access at each unit.

I came home with my adapters and plugged them into outlets near my router and near my TV. Plugged one cable from the adapter to my router, likewise from the other to my TV. Voila! Instant connection! Needless to say that I was pleased. It solved my problem immediately, and now I have a constant speedy connection for my smart TV
