Thought I would give this a try to see how this works. I have two devices at home that do not connect wirelessly. Didn't want to run cables, so I gave the Netgear 1200 a try. So far, it's working great. Speed is very good. Beats running cables throughout the house. Good purchase.

Works great. Need to make sure you are on the same power phase in your home wiring. Check your breaker box to make sure the router outlet and the receiving outlets are on breakers in the same side of you breaker box (assuming you have two columns of breakers)

Lel's face it. Getting a great signal in some spots in a home is often a challenge and if it is for stream video, that signal is critical. This has worked outstanding for Smart TVs and players in our home. Thank you Netgear.

This is a great option for someone that needs a reliable internet connection especially in a dead spot in your house. However, I could only get about 45 to 50 Mbps using this product. This is nowhere near the speeds advertised. This would be excellent for internet browsing or even streaming video. If you're looking for to play online games, this probably isn't going to be the best option for you. For the price, however, it is an option to consider for a stable internet connection.

The Powerline 1200 does exactly what it is set out to do which is to use your home power line as an Ethernet replacement. The set up was quick and easy. This product works great with my internet system and saved me time from trying to run Ethernet cables throughout my home.

Need to a faster connection to be able to use Skype for Business to share my screen and have a video conference call. The additional boost buy purchasing this product has saved me money monthly on the internet bill. Still buying 15MBPS through TWC. Didn't need to increase my speed.

I was experiencing lag when playing overwatch on my pc. Noticed that my ping while in game was spiking up and down to really high levels. Bought this power line adapter and now my ping is consistent throughout the game and there's no more lag. Definitely a good purchase.

Product is decent for the price but I didn't notice as big of a jump as others claimed. I did get a boost, which help for streaming Netflix and gaming, but not exactly what I needed.

I've been using a set of these for the last 12+ months. They work great. Did some basic testing with my computer. Pings were better using the powerline vs wifi. I had this hooked up to my xbox one for a while, now have it attached to my gaming PC. Consistently lower lag.

After mounting my TV on one wall and my desktop on the othe side of the room I had a dilemma with having my cable box being connected to the router. I had never heard of this device until a family member told me about it. Very simple installation and it works perfectly! Best purchase.

I have used Netgear Powerline devices for many years and they have worked very nicely, rather than relying on Wi-Fi this enables these devices enable me to use my home electrical wiring rather than routing Cat 5 cable. I'm very satisfied with my purchase.

Even with a dual band router wireless speeds can drop in many houses. Unless the wiring in your house is really bizarre a pair of these with one wired to a router can network to a computer at near ethernet speeds--they do not have to be on the same circuit breaker.
