I HAVE SMART ELECTRONICS FROM ONE END OF THE HOUSE TO THE OTHER-THIS EXTENDER MAKES IT POSSIBLE TO CONNECT EVERYTHING TO MY NETWORK WITH EASE!

The ability to dedicate one band to reception and the other band to transmission is great. That is what makes this product idea for hiding behind your tv and connecting those non-wifi enabled devices or the devices that seem to have terrible wifi adapters!

Got this extender for the wifi in home. Modem is upstairs while my computer is downstairs. Does it job in extending coverage of wifi to current location. Before I got the extender, the wifi was iffy in certain spots of the room. Once in a while, though, the extender will cut off and go back to the "old wifi" and that is noticeable. Don't know why it cuts off though, but it comes back quickly. The price was over $70.00, thought a little high for just an extender. Setting up the extender was a bit confusing. I am not a Best Buy geek at all, so it took several attempts for me in order to set up the extender. But over all, it could be explained better on how to set it up. Plain english will be great!

I have had zero problems with this. It took about five minutes to set up. I use it in a large apartment and apt building with lots of static from other routers and signals. I use my tablet, phone, TV, Playstation and laptop and have not had any connection issues with any items being connected at same time.

I needed to extend my network going from downstairs to upstairs. I was always getting dead zones upstairs or would lose connection. I had a NetGear extender before which also worked great so I thought Iwould stay with the same brand - which was recommended by the Best Buy salesperson and was not disappointed. It was easy to get up and running.

We have bad internet service. This has helped, but not solved the issue.

I had started to look at drilling holes and running cables until I found and read about this range extender. It works well but does appear to reduce download speed. It does seem to have consistent connection which I had been missing without it.

Not real expensive but works great boosted my signal significantly

Super easy set up love the Net Gear Genie. I have a big house bought an extender since signal wasn't that great at the other end of the house however no router has been able to get "good" signal there since my home office is at the other end of the house. However would buy this Router again!

i used this product to connect my satellite receiver to my wifi network. I had it communicating with the internet in less than five minutes.

I bought this to enable a wired connection to a new Yamaha AVR so that I could use the Yamaha's app for controlling from an Android phone. It connected quickly with my Netgear N600 Wireless Router via WPS and I've had no issues so far. I haven't really tested it as an extender of my wireless range.

Purchased my Netgear Wireless Extended Router at Best Buy and proud I did. We purchased a new Smart TV and wanted access to the internet bu the signal in the den was very weak showing only 1 bar. The new Netgear Extender gave us 5 bars and instant access to the internet. No regrets with this product.

Bought this Netgear Wi-Fi Range Extender and works great. Live in two story house and my tablet downstairs improved after hooking this up!

This was actually a gift for a family member--their house has WiFi but there are some areas where the signal strength is poor. The product was easy to setup and integrate into their current WiFi configuration and there was an immediate increase in signal strength that enabled them to stream movies from anywhere in their home. I was impressed.

I had been looking around for a signal enhancer for a while and couldn't find any that had features plus a great price. Went to Best Buy with intentions on getting something different and came upon it and got it.
