I got this Internet extender for mostly gaming purposes,we don't get a strong Internet signal in the upstairs of our house so online gaming was nearly impossible,our signal strength was around 25% on a good day but after hooking up the extender upstairs it was 96% with an iPhone and iPad synced on it we are VERY HAPPY with it

I demand a fast response and my family uses various wireless devices all at once. We stream video/live tv and use the internet all at the same time. I needed an extender to ensure that my main living area had the bandwidth capacity when I needed it. This product does the job, a great improvement from the one I had before.

After remodeling I had dead spots in my WiFi coverage in our house but after installing this device in the center of the house I now have excellant coverage. Easy to set up as well.

My kids are happier with faster internet service to their rooms. Great value for the price.

I setup the device to bridge my TV and blu-ray player to my network and for that it is a good device. I wish it came with an easier way to hide the SSID of the extended network but that is a minor issue.

I had trouble getting a great wifi signal so I bought this net gear wifi extender and it works excellent.

bad wireless reception in a far away room...placed it halfway between and now full bars in that room...no lag

Works as intended and expected. Added range throughout the house and even outside of the house. No "hiccups" or unanticipated issues experienced. Worth the $, especially when this product is on sale.

I was concerned that I would have problems matching with my router(Cisco), but everything worked like the directions said. Unlike some reviews I read, mine set up using my routers original passphrase, which it did with just a push of the button.

This product does a great job keeping me connected to the wireless service I use. I am very happy with it.

Excellent product for use in a large home ( 4000 sq ft). Set up took less than 10 minutes. I would have given it 5 stars if it was a smaller size.

I have not had a single issue in the 3 weeks that I've the wireleses extender up and running. It wasn't too hard to set up, instructions were pretty good and it's been working great ever since.

Easy to set up and extends wifi as needed. It dropped wifi once, the reason I got rid of my old one. A quick power boot and it reconnected but I hope it is not an ongoing issue

My wireless router is on the opposite end of the home and it barely reached the bedroom but signal was very weak. I was looking at ethernet wall extenders but decided to purchase this instead to stay wireless. Setup was fairly easy and straight forward. I like the fact that it broadcasts in the 5ghz range as well.

Product has solved our problem of not having wi fi in the back of the house and the yard. It added at least a 35% increase in range. We now get multiple bars in the back now versus 1 bar before.

I'm very happy with the range extension and the ease of the installation. I was dropping the wifi signal every few seconds until I got this unit. I'm now locked in and the wifi does not drop off. The only problem is the telephone companies old crowded turn of the century copper lines, can you here me now ATT ?

This little repeater does just as it's advertised to do. I have mine in the basment and my main router is up stairs. I saw a 100% increase in wifi signal after setting this up.

Easy Setup! Love the app feature. It makes reboots and firmware updating a breeze! The internet service provider in the area has connectivity issues that occasionally result in the required reboot of a router or other networking gear. The app makes this so much easier!

I purchased this unit because it advertised compatibility with Mac. Unfortunate its most recent version of driver is for OS X Lion. That is now three generations old. Functionality is hit and miss. I contribute that to the software.

I used it as a bridge from a cell phone hotspot to the Netgear Arlo security system, works great.
