does what i needed it for, extending the length

If I would have known the internet speed would have been slowed down that much I don't think I would have bought it. It does have dual band and you can program it to use just a single band which speeds it up. But in my case I use dual band so I couldn't convert it to single band, 2.5 and 5ghz.

Easy to use wifi extender
