bought this to extend the range of our wireless in Church office to all areas of the building: did improve some areas but still cannot reach all areas probably due to the number of concrete walls

I have a just over 3,000 square foot home in which a portion of my router cannot reach. I utilized the range extender to help cover areas in the house. I have signal throughout my home. It does well with streaming and downloading large files also.

Works great I really needed something like this to get internet from my house to outside in the garage. I tried various ones and this one seemed to work the best for what I needed it for.

As is usual with computer accessories, the instructions for setting up the WiFi extender were not as comprehensive as they could have been. After a few false starts, I was able to set it up and it has been working well.

I bought this to use as a WiFi bridge, enabling me to plug in network equipment (think Xbox 360) that doesn't have built-in wifi support. It works very well for my usage, which also includes streaming HD video over 802.11n through this unit.

Our wireless router is in the basement and had variable coverage on the main floor and upstairs. After installing this wireless extender, we have excellent coverage in all of the living areas and can now effectively use the Internet services built into our Blue-Ray player and support 6 - 8 connections for our Wi-Fi devices.. It's been great and took only minutes to install.

I had issues during set up trying to get my modem to see the extender. The literature provided was useless. There was NO Tech support number. I looked online. Found a number called it. Turned out to be a scam - people trying to steal my personal info and gain control of my computer. Seem a lot of people fall of this scam because Net Gear DOES NOT provide a telephone number. After I fell for it, I had to go to the Apple Store to have them fix my computer. THANKS NETGEAR! NOT! Also, it's range is not what I had hoped, but it did help some.
