    I purchased this to extend my wireless signal through my home back to my bedroom, and there is only one room in between my room and where the router is located and I still don't get good signal, but it's better than what I had before.

    This Netgear wifi extender has been a blessing for me. I workout in my basement and the wifi was not working well in the basement. This extender allows the wifi to connect well for the basement and now I get a good workout listening to music on YouTube and surfing the internet.

    I set this up down the hall from the modum and while it works, it is very slow and cuts in and out. Did not help me with my connectivity problem at all sad to say.

    I had issues with my previous WiFi booster so I went to a local Best Buy and a rep walked me through what I actually needed and what would actually work. So far this is doing the trick. No issues so far.

    Overall I am very pleased with this extender. The only draw back is that on occasion it needs to be reset, like the connection to the router is lost. Great range and very easy to setup and get running.
