After the setup, flaky wireless Login. Got errors then needed to be resetting again. Then get errors again and reset to factory settings. I need a better device!

The extender is helpful. The instructions were not complete and I had to obtain more information on line. Eventually I navigated the two documents that worked together.

The device works and is easy set up. It works for all my devices; however, I do find that the signal even though it shows it as strong, is not very fast or freezes. Other than that, it works.

I had some problem setting it up, but once installed in the proper spot, it has extended the router signal so effectively, I use the extender wi-fi rather than the router for my iPhone and laptop. Now no more problems with losing the signal anywhere in the house, garage or backyard. Recommended.

My son could not stay connected to the internet on his computer in his room. But we have not had any problems with his internet connection since we hooked up the extender. Works Great!

This is the second one of these I've purchased. They've worked great in extending wifi to problematic areas within my apartment and especially useful for my smart tv which I can hard wire into the extender without worrying about my base unit router location.

In large homes there are often "weak" wifi zones. We had another brand previously but still found 'dead" zones in some areas of our house. The NETGEAR - IEEE 802.11n 600 Mbps Wireless Range Extender is powerful enough that we now have full wifi coverage even while in the back yard.

First off rather than amplifying an existing signal it generates a separate connection point making use with a mobile device difficult. What is more of an issue is the signal output is very low. My router is half way to the other side of the building so got this to raise the signal strength, however even though this device was far closer the original signal from the router much further away was still stronger than what this extender put out. Overall this product is not useful and generally a waste of money.

My home is well over 3,000sf, when used upstairs I get better coverage from the existing wireless router so I began using the ethernet only

I've been using this for over a month and a half, and so far, it's working wonderfully with no issues. I haven't used any of these in the past, so I can't really compare it to another Wi-Fi Range Extender, but I can say I have no regrets about going this one.

The initial instruction is missing a key step component that their customer support will tell you during installation. The rep tends to be arrogant ...not listening to me.

I bought this because I have so many devices connected to my home wifi and it has helped with reducing the strain on my router and improving my wifi signal

Wifi exterder does not reach so far and the connection is not so good as I spected but because the price is reasonable it deserves 4 starts

I bought one for my sister in law for Christmas and walked her through setting up without directions over the phone. I just bought one for myself for better reception upstairs.

Needed it to extend range of my internet connection so I could connect my gaming consoles online via Ethernet very convenient 4 ethernet ports on the back

I needed to extend my WiFi connection to my sister's house (next door). I reviewed several devices but took the advice of my Best Buy sales associate and bought this Netgear extender. My sister can even watch her Netflix movies so the streaming is faster than we expected.

It has helped the internet get from one end of the house to the other. We are not dropping calls and internet access as much.

Product was purchased to go along with Netgear Nighthawk router to extend signal to patio and back bedroom. Wifi signal is much stronger and doesn't drop like it used to.

It worked when I first got it and still does just not as fast as your normal Internet and cuts out sometimes

Product works as intended. Live in a large home with many walls so service from this product is interrupted occasionally.
