I need something to extend my Wi-Fi for my DirecTV genies. The sales associate tried to persuade me to replace my router and spend over $100 on a new one. I said, "I read online reviews that said this would work and if not I'll return it." great buy for under $30!!!

I bought this for the garage so our ring camera would have better wifi connection. It works well and our wifi connection in other parts of the house sometimes would even switch to the “_ext”. I unplugged it a while ago because I suspected some hacking going around, forgot to plug it back in and the ring camera still works just fine, so we may have not needed it in the first place. Hm.

It works as advertised. Had no problem getting his hook to my network just had to plug in the ethernet cable first to set up and then all is good, un plug cable and then place where it will best extend your network.

Bought this to solve weak wifi signals in the rooms farthest from my router. I was surprised when it's newly created signal (.ext) was full strength where the unboosted signal was so weak the internet either didn't work or was so slow it was useless. For once this is something that works as advertised.

Placed it closer to computer than recommended but it still relayed the signal through one floor and over forty feet away. Used to get only two or three bars wireless receptions, but get a full five with the Netgear extender. Boosted transfer rates from a sluggish 10-15 Mbps to 72 Mbps and greater.

This boosts our wifi signal just enough for the RV park we are staying in. It meets our needs perfectly just as the associate in the store said it would.

The Netgear was recommended by Consumer Reports. Our Roku didn't work for our one of our 2 TV's as it was too far away from our moniter. The extender was easy to install and works superbly.

Was looking for a way to extend wifi service to my upstairs area. Chose the Netgear and have been very pleased. Was not at all hard to set up and works as I had hoped. Even got a price match with Amazon comparison at checkout in store. My kids are happy. Very satisfied.

Works great for what I needed. I have a fairly small ranch (1300 sqft) and just needed a "boost" to cover the far end of our house. Very easy to set up.

Got it set up and running in about ten minutes. Some settings and Internet installation of product needed to be made. Price is perhaps a little high but it has worked well since I purchased it several months ago. Good for an intermediate user; perhaps not as good for a beginner but still workable.

My printer's wifi card went bad, so I plugged my printer into this, and now can use the printer with this connected to my router wirelessly, and can print and scan documents or photos, whatever I need. It saved my dying printer from the recycle bin!

I needed to extent the wifi signal where the router is to the other end of the house. I was only getting 1 bar on my tablet. Now they are all lite up. Works very well.
